| المستخلص: | يبين هذا البحث نشأة فكرة مشروع حوار الحضارات الذي تبنته الأمم المتحدة ليكون مشروع القرن الجديد. كما يبين موقف العلماء والمفكرين من هذا المشروع عند الإعلان عنه، ثم يشرح بالتفصيل دور الجامعات في تعزيز حوار الحضارات، فيبين أولا دور الجامعات، ثم يحدد مهامها نحو هذا المشروع العالمي الجليل. ويختتم الباحث هذا البحث ببيان أهم العوامل التي تعين الجامعات على القيام بدورها، وتحقيق أهدافها نحو حوار الحضارات، وأشار إلى ثلاثة عوامل مهمة في نجاح هذه المهمة. This study clarifies creation of the concept of civilizations interlocution's project which was adopted by the United Nations to be the project of new century. It also specifies trends of scholars and an intellectual toward this project once was declared. The study explains the role of universities in promoting civilization interlocution. It firstly specifies the role of universities then precisely their tasks towards this remarkable universal project. Finally the study was ended by emphasizing the most important factors that may help universities to fulfill their role and realize their goals in civilizations interlocution. The study pointed to three important factors to success this task. |
