| المستخلص: | كثرت في بدايات القرن الماضي النقاشات حول موضوع ضرورة إعطاء حقوق للمرأة باعتبارها نصف المجتمع ومساواتها مع حقوق الرجل، وتم طرح نظريات وآراء جديدة حول مفاهيم كثيرة جاءت بها تعاليم الدين الإسلامي الحنيف في محاولة لرواد حقوق المرأة في تقديم قراءة جديدة للنص الديني والتراث الإسلامي، وأطلق على هذه الحركة في العالم العربي اسم (النسوية)، ولهذه الحركة الإسلامية المعاصرة مدارس مختلفة يقف كل منها موقفه الخاص من الدين وتعاليمه، ومنها من يعتمد المنهج التاريخي لتقديم تأويل وقراءة جديدة النصوص الدينية لتتطابق مع العصر الجديد الذي نعيشه، والإشكالية الأساسية هي مدى تأثير المنهج التاريخي للنسوية الإسلامية في تأويل النص القرآني؟ وبالحقيقة فالنسوية الإسلامية تسعى جاهدة لتقديم تأويل جديد لآيات القرآن الكريم فيما يخص واقع المرأة، فتعتقد أن هناك بعض الآيات القرآنية تم تفسيرها وتأويلها بشكل خاطئ بسبب الثقافة الخاصة والظروف الاجتماعية التي كان يعيشها المفسرون لتلك الآيات، ويرى رواد هذا التيار من حقهم تقديم تأويل وتفسير جديد للآيات التي ترتبط بالمرأة يتوافق مع معايير التأويل والتفسير الصحيحة ولكن بفهم جديد يعتمد نفس الضوابط التي أعتمدها العلماء، إذ لو كان المراد من التأويل معنى الاجتهاد في فهم النص ومحاولة قراءته بطريقة جديدة، مع عدم الخروج عن ضوابط قراءة النص التي يحتملها وعاء اللغة، فلا محذور في الأمر؛ لأن فهم المتقدمين ليس حجة علينا، ولا يلزمنا الجمود أو التقيد بما قدموه من قراءات للنص، ولعل النصوص الواردة حول المرأة ربما كانت صادرة على نهج القضية الخارجية وليس على نهج القضية الحقيقية ومن هنا سيكون البحث حول قراءة في المنهج التاريخي للنسوية الإسلامية وأثره في تأويل النص القرآني. At the beginning of the last century, discussions abounded on the issue of the necessity of giving rights to women as half of society and their equality with men’s rights, New theories and opinions were put forward about many concepts brought by the teachings of the Islamic religion in an attempt for the pioneers of women's rights to present a new reading of the religious text and Islamic heritage, This movement in the Arab world has been called feminism, and this contemporary Islamic movement has different schools, each of which takes its own position on religion and its teachings, Including those who adopt the historical method to present a new interpretation and reading of religious texts to match the new era in which we live, and the main problem is the extent to which the historical approach of Islamic feminism affects the interpretation of the Qur’anic text? In fact, Islamic feminism strives to present a new interpretation of the verses of the Noble Qur’an regarding the reality of women. Islamic feminists believe that there are some Qur’anic verses that have been misinterpreted and interpreted due to the specific culture and social conditions in which the commentators of those verses were living. The pioneers of this current believe that they have the right to present a new interpretation and interpretation of the verses that relate to women, in accordance with the correct interpretation and interpretation standards, but with a new understanding that adopts the same regulations that were adopted by the scholars. If what is meant by interpretation is the meaning of diligence in understanding the text and trying to read it in a new way, while not deviating from the controls of reading the text that the language container may bear, then there is nothing wrong with the matter; Because the understanding of the foregoing is not an argument against us, and we do not need to stagnate or be bound by the readings they gave of the text, and perhaps the texts mentioned about women may have been issued on the approach of the external issue and not on the approach of the real issue, and from here the research will be about a reading in the historical approach of Islamic feminism and its impact on the interpretation of Quranic text. |
