| المستخلص: | تناولت الدراسة الحالية أثر معدل جرائم العنف ضد المرأة على المجتمع، وتبرز أهمية هذه الدراسة لما لتلك الجرائم من الأثر الكبير على المجتمع، حيث تشكل المرأة نصف المجتمع، ولقد لوحظ في الآونة الأخيرة أن ظاهرة العنف ضد المرأة قد شهدت ارتفاع في العديد من المجتمعات المختلفة، وتهدف الدراسة الوقوف على السلبي لجرائم العنف ضد المرأة خصوصا في ظل جائحة كورونا حيث أرتفع معدل جرائم العنف ضد المرأة مع تنوع أشكال العنف لذلك كأن من الضروري تسخير السبل القانونية للحد من تلك الآثار على المرأة. تتعرض النساء إلى العنف في كافة أنحاد العالم ويمثل العنف الممارس ضد المرأة إحدى انتهاكات حقوق الإنسان تشير التقديرات العالمية التي نشرت من قبل منظمة الصحة العالمية أن واحدة من كل 3 نساء (٣٥%) من النساء في أنحاء العالم كافة ممن يتعرضن في حياتهن للعنف حسب حقائق نشرتها منظمة الصحة العالمية، حيث تسببن العنف في ظهور مشاكل جسدية ونفسية للمرأة كثيرة وقد يؤدي إلى حد فقد الحياة أحيانا. وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة وجود أثر سلبي أكثر على المرأة والمجتمع في ظل ارتفاع جرائم العنف ضد المرأة حسب التقارير، لذلك لابد ممن تسخير الجهود في شيء الدول لمكافحة تلك الجرائم والحد من انتشارها، حيث يشكل انتشارها خطورة على كبيره المجتمع ككل، ولذلك يجب على الدول توفير سبل الدعم والحماية للمرأة ووضع عقوبات رادعة مشددة في تلك الجائجه واعتبارها ظرف مشدد للعقوبة. Therefore, it is necessary to use legal means to reduce these effects on women. Women are subjected to violence in all parts of the world, and violence against women is a violation of human rights. Global estimates published by the World Health Organization indicate that one in 3 women (35%) of women around the world are all those who experience violence in their lives. Facts published by the World Health Organization, where violence has caused many physical and psychological problems for women, and may lead to a loss of life sometimes. The results of the study concluded that there is a more negative impact on women and society in light of the rise in crimes against violence against women, therefore it is imperative to harness efforts in something that states to combat these crimes and limit their spread, as its spread poses a danger to the large society as a whole, and therefore countries must provide means of support and protection For women, and putting strict deterrent penalties in that regard, and considering it an aggravating circumstance. |
