| المستخلص: | الهدف: يتمثل الهدف الرئيس للدراسة في رصد وتحليل الأطر الإعلامية التي وظفتها قناة روسيا اليوم في معالجة القضية السورية. وذلك من خلال مجموعة من الأهداف الفرعية. النوع والمنهج: تنتمي هذه الدراسة إلى الدراسات الوصفية واعتمدت على منهج المسح بشقيه التحليلي والميداني. العينة: تشمل عينة الدراسة تحليل دورتين برامجتين (ستة أشهر: من ١/ ٦/ ۲۰۲۰ حتى 31/ 12/ 2022) للموضوعات التي تناولت القضية السورية بقناة روسيا اليوم بالبرامج التالية: برنامج بالتفاصيل، وبرنامج قصارى القول، وبرنامج نيوز ميكر. النتائج: التنوع في ماهية وحيثيات الضيوف المشاركين في البرامج عينة التحليل وهو ما يعكس رغبة القناة في توصيل عدد كبير من المعلومات ووجهات النظر من مصادر متعددة، مع تقديم تفسيرات وتوضيحات للقضية ودعمها بأفلام وثائقية وتقارير إخبارية في بداية الحلقة تلخص للمشاهد تاريخ القضية، غير أنه من الملاحظ أيضا تصدر فئة المتحدث الرسمي قائمة الضيوف المشاركين بنسبة كبيرة، واستخدام عبارات وجمل تأييديه وإيماءات مؤيدة تعبر عن موقف القناة وموقف الدولة الروسية أثناء عرض القضية مثل استخدام صيغة السيد الرئيس عند التحدث عن الرئيس السوري واستخدام عبارة السيد اوردغان عند الحديث عن الرئيس التركي، ورغم رفض القناة والدولة الروسية لموقف المعارضة السورية للرئيس بشار في سوريا إلا إنها لم تتوانى عن الإشارة إلى رفض هذه المعارضة للتواجد التركي والأمريكي في سوريا، ورغم رفض القناة عبر برامجها للتواجد الأمريكي في الأراضي الشورية ووصفه بالاحتلال إلا أنه كان هناك حرص على توضيح أن هناك اتفاق بين وجهتي النظر الروسية والأمريكية حيال قضية الأكراد في سوريا والسعي نحو حلها وضد تصفيتهم. Objective: The main objective of the study is to monitor and analyze the media frameworks employed by Russia Today channel in addressing the Syrian issue, through a set of sub- objectives. Type & Method: This study belongs to the descriptive studies and relied on the survey method, both analytical and field. Sample: The study sample includes an analysis of two program cycles (six months: from 1/ 6/ 2020 to 31/ 12/ 2202) for the topics that dealt with the Syrian issue on Russia Today channel with the following programs: Program in detail, The best saying program, and News Maker program. Results: Diversity in the nature and merits of the guests participating in the programs, the sample of the analysis, which reflects the channel’s desire to communicate a large number of information and viewpoints from multiple sources, with explanations and clarifications of the case and its support with documentaries and news reports at the beginning of the episode summarizing for the viewer the history of the case, but it is noticeable The official spokesperson category also topped the list of the participating guests with a large percentage, The use of supportive phrases, phrases and gestures that express the position of the channel and the position of the Russian state when presenting the issue, such as using the formula (Mr. President) when talking about the Syrian president and using the phrase (Mr. Erdogan) when talking about the Turkish president, Despite the channel's and the Russian state's rejection of the position of the Syrian opposition to President Bashar in Syria, it did not hesitate to point out this opposition's rejection of the Turkish and American presence in Syria, and Despite the channel’s rejection, through its programs, of the American presence in the Syrian territories, describing it as an occupation, it was keen to clarify that there is an agreement between the Russian and American points of view regarding the Kurdish issue in Syria and the pursuit of its solution and against their liquidation. |
