| المستخلص: | تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تقييم المشروعات الرقمية التي تتبناها مؤسسة المرأة والذاكرة، إحدى المنظمات غير الحكومية المعنية بقضايا وأوضاع المرأة، منذ إنشائها عام 1995 وحتى عام 2021؛ وهي: مشروع المكتبة، ومشروع من هي في مصر، ومشروع المجموعات الخاصة، ومشروع أرشيف التاريخ الشفهي، في ضوء المعايير التي استخلصتها الباحثة، اعتمادا على إرشادات مشاريع رقمنة مجموعات الحق العام في المكتبات ومراكز الأرشيف التي أصدرتها أفلا (IFLA) عام 2002، ومجموعة من المتطلبات والمواصفات المعيارية المستخدمة في مشروعات الرقمنة المختلفة. اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لتقييم تلك المشروعات وتحليلها، وأسلوب دراسة الحالة لرصد الواقع الفعلي لتلك المشروعات، بغرض الكشف عن كل ما يتعلق بها من إيجابيات وسلبيات للخروج بالنتائج والتوصيات، وتم إعداد استبيان للمستفيدين لبيان مدى رضاهم وتفاعلهم مع نظم إدارة المحتوى المستخدمة بالمشروعات محل الدراسة من خلال موقعها الإلكتروني، والصعوبات التي يواجهونها واقتراحاتهم للتغلب عليها وتحسين الخدمة. وبناء على ما أسفرت عنه النتائج قامت الباحثة بوضع رؤية تكاملية لإدارة المحتوى الرقمي تعتمد على توفر عدد من المتطلبات الضرورية بالمشروع الرقمي حتى يحقق أهدافه المرجوة على أفضل وجه. This study aims to evaluate the digital projects adopted by the Women and Memory Foundation, a non-governmental organization concerned with women's issues and conditions, since its establishment in 1995 until 2021; They are: the library project, the Who is She in Egypt project, the special collections project, and the oral history archive project, in light of the criteria that the researcher concluded; Based on the Guidelines for Projects of Digitization of Public Right Collections in Libraries and Archives Centers issued by IFLA in 2002, and a set of standard requirements and specifications used in various digitization projects. The study relied on the descriptive analytical approach to evaluate and analyze these projects, and the case study method to monitor the actual reality of these projects. In order to reveal all the pros and cons related to it in order to come up with results and recommendations, a questionnaire was prepared for the beneficiaries to indicate their satisfaction and interaction with the content management systems used in the projects under study through its website, and the difficulties they face and their suggestions to overcome them and improve the service. Based on the findings of the results, the researcher developed an integrated vision for digital content management based on the availability of a number of necessary requirements for the digital project in order to achieve its desired objectives in the best way. |
