| المستخلص: | استهدف البحث دراسة واختبار أثر تطبيق تقنية الميتافيرس على ممارستي التشغيل والصيانة بنظام إدارة الأصول، وأثر تبنى تقنية التوأمة الرقمية كمتغير معدل على هذه العلاقة، ولتحقيق هدف البحث تم إجراء دراسة تجريبية لغرض اختبار فروض البحث. وتوصلت نتائج البحث في ظل التحليل الأساسي إلى وجود أثر إيجابي لتطبيق تقنية الميتافيرس على ممارستي التشغيل والصيانة بنظام إدارة الأصول، كما توصلت أيضا إلى أن هذا الأثر يزداد بشكل أكثر إيجابية على ممارستي التشغيل والصيانة بنظام إدارة الأصول في ظل تبنى تقنية التوأمة الرقمية. وتوصلت النتائج أيضا في ظل تحليل الحساسية إلى نفس النتائج التي تم التوصل إليها في ظل التحليل الأساسي، وهو ما يشير بأن نتائج تحليل الحساسية تدعم بدرجة كبيرة نتائج التحليل الأساسي. وأخيرا عرض البحث أهم التوصيات ومجالات البحث المستقبلية. The research aimed to study and test the effect of applying Metaverse technology on the operation and maintenance practices of the Asset Management System, and the effect of adopting Digital Twin technology as a modified variable on this relationship. To achieve the goal of the research, an Experimental Study was conducted for the purpose of testing the study hypotheses. The results of the research, in light of the basic analysis, concluded that there is a positive impact of the applying of the Metaverse technology on the operations and maintenance practices of the Asset Management System. And also found that this effect increases more positively on the operations and maintenance practices of the Asset Management System in light of the adoption of the Digital Twin technology. The results were also reached under the sensitivity analysis to the same results that were reached under the basic analysis, which indicates that the results of the sensitivity analysis greatly support the results of the basic analysis. Finally, the research presented the most important recommendations and future research. |
