| 520 | |a نتعرف من خلال ذلك البحث على مشكلة البحث، التعرف على تصميم مشروع تنموي بمشاركة فعالة من المجتمع تضمن الاتفاق بين أهداف هذا المشروع وأولويات المجتمع، هذا الدليل بيد المتدربة خطوة خطوة نحو تصميم مشروع مبني على تقدير الاحتياجات المجتمعية، وعلى ماهية جمع البيانات وتحليلها، والتعرف على المشكلة وصياغتها، كما نحاول المساعدة على وضع الهدف العام والأهداف المحددة للمشروع والمؤشرات اللازمة للتحقق من الوصول إليها، بالإضافة إلى التعرف على أساليب المتابعة والتقييم والتخطيط لعملية قياس العائد من المشروع وأثره على المجتمع، كما يقدم الدليل بعض التدريبات على صياغة المشاريع النهائية. فإن الدولة وهي تضع برامجها التنموية وتوجه استثماراتها لمواجهة المشكلات الحالية لا بد وأن تأخذ في الاعتبار ضرورة العمل سريعا على مواجهة الخطر الداهم المتولد عن الاكتظاظ السكاني للمدن والقرى وذلك بتوجيه الاستثمارات المخصصة للمشروعات المختلفة، (السروجي، طلعت، ۲۰۱۲) وكثير من المشروعات التي أقيمت وتقام ويتم التخطيط لها في مختلف المجالات من طرق وإسكان ومرافق وخدمات تقام في مدن وقرى الوادي الضيق. فإذا كانت هذه المشروعات تواجه مشاكل عاجلة ومؤقتة إلا أن البعض منها في واقع الأمر يمثل عقبة في سبيل تحقيق الأهداف الأمر الذي يستوجب توخي الحذر عند التخطيط لمثل هذه المشروعات. وكذلك أهمية البحث، وأهداف البحث، وأهم المفاهيم في البحث مثل التنمية المحلية، برامج التنمية المحلية، مشروعات التنموية. |b Through this research, we learn about the research problem, identifying the design of a development project with the effective participation of the community that ensures agreement between the objectives of this project and the priorities of the community. The problem and its formulation, as we try to help set the general goal and specific objectives of the project and the indicators necessary to verify access to them, in addition to identifying the methods of follow-up, evaluation and planning for the process of measuring the return of the project and its impact on society, and the guide also provides some exercises on the formulation of final projects. The state, as it lays down its development programs and directs its investments to face the current problems, must take into account the need to work quickly to confront the imminent danger generated by overpopulation in cities and villages, by directing investments allocated to various projects (Al-Suruji, Talaat, 2012) and many of the projects that have been established and are still underway. It is planned in various fields, including roads, housing, facilities and services, to be built in the cities and villages of the narrow valley. If these projects face urgent and temporary problems, some of them, in fact, represent an obstacle in the way of achieving the goals, which requires caution when planning such projects.
