| المستخلص: | يعتبر العنصر البشرى أفضل ما تمتلكه الأمم والشعوب، وبصفة خاصة فئة الشباب حيث يعد الشباب، نواة المستقبل فهم رجال وأمهات الغد وصانعوا مستقبل الأمة وهم ثروتها والأمل المنشود الذي تتطلع إليه في تحقيق ما تصبو إليه من أهداف وتنمية في المستقبل، ومن هنا فإن كل دولة في سعيها نحو النهوض والرقى والتقدم تعمل جاهدة على وضع أنسب وأفضل السياسات والخطط والبرامج التي تكفل لفئة الشباب بناء قدراتهم وتنمية مواهبهم وإمكاناتهم ومهاراتهم، وذلك لأن الشباب هو غاية التنمية ووسيلتها. وفي ضوء التحول الرقمي الذي يعم دول العالم بأصبح من الضروري ثقل طلاب الجامعات باعتبارهم المستقبل بالمهارات الرقمية التي تؤهلهم للتعامل مع متطلبات واحتياجات العصر الرقمي الحالي، وتسعى طريقة تنظيم المجتمع كأحد الطرق الأساسية للخدمة الاجتماعية إلى تنمية المهارات المختلفة لتلك الفئة بما فيها المهارات الرقمية من خلال استهداف تلك الطريقة أحداث التغيير في الأفراد (طلاب الجامعة) للأفضل من خلال الأدوات والمهارات والاستراتيجيات التي تستخدمها طريقة تنظيم المجتمع وأدوار المنظم الاجتماعي في تحقيق ذلك. The human element is considered the best that nations and peoples possess, especially the youth group, as youth are considered the nucleus of the future, as they are the men and mothers of tomorrow and the makers of the nation's future. Its quest for advancement, progress and progress is working hard to develop the most appropriate and best policies, plans and programs that ensure for the youth group to build their capabilities and develop their talents and potentials and skills, because youth is the goal and means of development. In light of the digital transformation that pervades the countries of the world, it has become necessary to provide university students with digital skills as the future, which qualifies them to deal with the needs and requirements of the current digital era. The method of community organization as one of the basic methods of social work seeks to develop the various skills of this group, including digital skills, by targeting this method to bring about change in individuals (University students) for the better through the tools, skills and strategies used by the method of community organization and the roles of the social organizer in achieving this. |
