| المستخلص: | تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى تحديد مستوى التخطيط التشاركي وتدعيم أبعاد الوعي بثقافة الحفاظ على الموارد المائية بالمجتمع الريفي، تحديد الصعوبات التي تواجه استخدام التخطيط التشاركي وتدعيم الوعي بثقافة الحفاظ على الموارد المائية بالمجتمع الريفي، تحديد مقترحات تفعيل استخدام التخطيط التشاركي وتدعيم الوعي بثقافة الحفاظ على الموارد المائية بالمجتمع الريفي، والفرض الرئيس للدراسة: "توجد علاقة طردية دالة إحصائيا بين التخطيط التشاركي وتدعيم الوعي بثقافة الحفاظ على الموارد المائية بالمجتمع الريفي"، وتعد هذه الدراسة من الدراسات الوصفية، التي اعتمدت على استخدام منهج المسح الاجتماعي الشامل للمسئولين بالوحدات المحلية بمركز أبنوب محافظة أسيوط وعددهم (۲۱۷) مفردة. قام الباحث بتصميم استبيان للمسئولين حول التخطيط التشاركي وتدعيم الوعي بثقافة الحفاظ على الموارد المائية بالمجتمع الريفي اعتمادا على التراث النظري الموجه للدراسة والدراسات السابقة المرتبطة بالدراسة. واعتمد الباحث في حساب صدق الاتساق الداخلي لاستبيان المسئولين على معامل ارتباط كل بعد في الأداة بالدرجة الكلية، وذلك لعينة قوامها (۲۰) مفردة من المسئولين (خارج إطار مجتمع الدراسة). وتبين أنها معنوية عند مستويات الدلالة المتعارف عليها، وأن معامل الصدق مقبول، ثم تم حساب ثبات الأداة باستخدام معامل ثبات (ألفا -كرونباخ) لقيم الثبات التقديرية لاستبيان المسئولين، وذلك باستخدامها على عينة قوامها (۲۰) مفردة من المسئولين (خارج إطار مجتمع الدراسة)، وتبين أن معاملات الثبات للأبعاد تتمتع بدرجة عالية من الثبات. In calculating the validity of the internal consistency of the officials' questionnaire, the researcher relied on the correlation coefficient of each dimension in the tool with the total score, for a single sample of (20) officials (outside the study community). It was found to be significant at the accepted levels of significance, and that the validity coefficient is acceptable, then the stability of the tool was calculated using the stability coefficient (alpha-Cronbach) for the estimated stability values of the official questionnaire, using it on a single sample of (20) officials (outside the study community) It was found that the stability coefficients of the dimensions have a high degree of stability. |
