| المستخلص: | أتاح التطور المذهل لتكنولوجيا المعلومات للبشرية الكثير من الإنجازات واستثمارها في مختلف المجالات والأصعدة. وكان من نتيجة ذلك توافر قدرات للنهوض والتقدم في العالم المنتج لتلك التكنولوجيا. وهنا تبرز مشكلة المكتبات المدرسية والعاملين بها بمحافظة أسيوط التي تعاني من قلة الموارد وعوامل الضعف وسوء التخطيط، وبالتالي إحجامه (بعده) عن إدخال هذه التكنولوجيا التي تعتبر عاملا أساسيا في الحياة العلمية والاقتصادية والاجتماعية لأي مجتمع معاصر، ولذا كان الهدف الأساسي والرئيسي من هذا البحث في ظل العجز الراهن الواضح وبشدة في المكتبات المدرسية بشكل عام وفي عملية التزويد محل الدراسة بشكل خاص، هو الوقوف على إمكانيات تكنولوجيا المعلومات في عملية التزويد وتوظيفها بالشكل الذي يلائم بيئتنا وقدراتنا المحلية، خاصة وإن أهم الحقائق التي لا يمكن تجاهلها هي أن التعامل مع تكنولوجيا المعلومات أصبح عملية حتمية لا نقاش فيها. The astonishing development of information technology has allowed mankind to make many achievements and invest it in various fields and levels. As a result, capabilities were available for advancement and progress in the world producing that technology. Here arises the problem of school libraries and their staff in Assiut Governorate, which suffer from lack of resources, weakness factors and poor planning, and consequently its reluctance to introduce this technology, which is an essential factor in the scientific, economic and social life of any contemporary society. Therefore, the main and basic objective of this research, in light of the current and severely obvious deficit in school libraries in general and in the acquisition process under study in particular, is to identify the capabilities of information technology in the acquisition process and employ it in a way that suits our environment and our local capabilities, especially since the most important facts that do not It can be ignored that dealing with information technology has become an inevitable and undisputed process. |
