| المستخلص: | يهدف البحث إلى التعرف على دور خرائط فرص الاستثمار كألية لدعم الاستثمار في المجال الرياضي من خلال التعرف على أهداف وأهمية خرائط فرص الاستثمار الرياضي، والتعرف على مؤشرات ومتطلبات نجاح الفرص الاستثمارية بالمجال الرياضي، التعرف على المجالات والفرص الاستثمارية بالمجال الرياضي، التعرف على مقومات نجاح الفرص وتحويلها إلى استثمارات حقيقية، وقد استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي "الدراسات المسحية" بخطواته وإجراءاته، وقام الباحث بتصميم استمارة استبيان كإحدى وسائل جمع البيانات وطبقت الاستمارة على عينة قوامها (١٦٠) فرد تم اختيارهم بالطريقة الطبقية العشوائية من ثلاث فئات - الخبراء الأكاديميين والمتمثلين في أساتذة الإدارة الرياضية بكليات التربية الرياضية بجمهورية مصر العربية، والقيادات ومتخذي القرار من العاملين بالمجال الرياضي، وخبراء بمجال الاستثمار الرياضي - وكانت أهم النتائج التي توصل إليها الباحث أن أهداف خرائط فرص الاستثمار في المجال الرياضي بجمهورية مصر العربية هي إبراز القطاعات والفرص الاستثمارية الواعدة بالمجال الرياضي، وإبراز محفزات الاستثمار وكافة البيانات في المشروع قيد الدراسة، المساعدة في اتخاذ القرار الاستثماري للمستثمر المحلى والأجنبي - وأهم مؤشرات ومتطلبات نجاح الفرص الاستثمارية هي تواجد الاستقرار السياسي والاقتصادي والأمني في الدولة أو المجتمع، وكفاية التمويل اللازم للمشروع المطروح، وتوافر البنية التحتية (ملاعب - منشآت - أجهزة وأدوات رياضية)، وكفاءة وفاعلية الأطر التشريعية والمؤسسية ببيئة ومناخ الاستثمار للمشروع - وأهم مقومات نجاح الفرص وتحويلها إلى استثمارات حقيقية هي إبراز الحوافز المقدمة لكل مشروع وفرص وآليات الاستفادة منها، وتحديد مصادر التمويل الأمنة للمشروع وتسهيل الحصول عليها، تحديد الطاقة الاستيعابية للأسواق المحلية وفرص الدخول وفجوات السوق، ودراسة وتحليل الواقع الاقتصادي. The research aims to - identify the role of investment opportunity maps as a mechanism to support investment in the sports field by identifying the goals and importance of sports investment opportunity maps, identifying indicators and requirements for the success of investment opportunities in the sports field, identifying investment fields and opportunities in the sports field, identifying the components of the success of opportunities. And transforming them into real investments. The researcher used the descriptive method of “survey studies” with its steps and procedures. The researcher designed a questionnaire form as one of the means of collecting data and applied the form to a sample of (160) individuals who were selected by random stratified method from three categories - academic experts and those represented by management professors. Sports in the faculties of physical education in the Arab Republic of Egypt, leaders and decision makers who work in the sports field, and experts in the field of sports investment - and the most important results reached by the researcher were that the objectives of the maps of investment opportunities in the sports field in the Arab Republic of Egypt are to highlight the sectors and promising investment opportunities in the sports field, and to highlight incentives Investment and all data in the project under study, help in making investment decisions for local and foreign investors. The most important indicators and requirements for the success of investment opportunities are the presence of political, economic and security stability in the country or society, the adequacy of the necessary funding for the proposed project, and the availability of infrastructure (stadiums - facilities - equipment and tools). Sports, and the efficiency and effectiveness of the legislative and institutional frameworks in the investment environment and climate for the project - and the most important elements for the success of opportunities and their transformation into real investments are highlighting the incentives provided for each project and the opportunities and mechanisms for benefiting from them, identifying safe sources of financing for the project and facilitating access to them, determining the absorptive capacity of local markets, entry opportunities and market gaps. Study and analyze the economic and social reality of the project, develop indicators of demand, consumption and production for the proposed project, and determine the specifications of the infrastructure and logistical services required for the project. - The most important recommendations were: being guided by the proposed model for maps of investment opportunities in the sports field, and supporting the political leadership to invest in the sports field and adding the field of industry. Sports to the fields of investment, adding the field of sports industry and sports tourism to the fields of sports investment services by Sports Law No. 71 of 2017, and the necessity of having clear mechanisms for resolving disputes in the field of sports investment, establishing a center or holding company for investment in the sports field and an electronic website in which all data and information are available. And the laws and legislation that the investor needs in the sports field in the Arab Republic of Egypt. |
