| المستخلص: | لا ريب في أن القرآن الكريم دستور إلهي للناس يسيرون به نحو سعادة الدارين، ولابد لهم من فهم آياته وتطبيق أحكامه وحكمه، ولا يتأتى ذلك إلا بتفسيره من عدة وجوه التفسير؛ حتى يتضح منه ما أراده الله عز وجل من المعاني والأحكام، ومن أهمها أن يفسر تفسيرا فقهيا منهجيا؛ ليمكن تطبيق الأحكام الإلهية. وهذا ما عزم عليه والتزمه مفسرو كل عصر كل حسب رتبته ومنهجه، ومن هؤلاء علاء الدين علي السمرقندي الذي ألف تفسيرا وبين به الآيات القرآنية من عدة وجوه وسماه "بحر العلوم"؛ فقد كان السمرقندي من المكثرين لتفسير آيات الأحكام والوقوف عليها وقفة فقهية تحليلية. وقد قسمت هذه الدراسة إلى مبحثين ثم ذيلتها بخاتمة، المبحث الأول يتضمن التعريف بحياة العلامة علاء الدين السمرقندي ورتبته الفقهية، ومكانته العلمية وشيوخه وتلاميذه ومذهبه الفقهي ومؤلفاته والمبحث الثاني يشتمل منهجه الفقهي خلال كتابه "بحر العلوم" والخاتمة تتعرض لمجموعة من النتائج والتوصيات. There is no doubt that the Holy Qur’an is a divine constitution for people to walk with it towards the happiness of both worlds, and it is necessary for them to understand its verses and apply its provisions and wisdom, and this can only be achieved by interpreting it from several aspects of interpretation; In order for it to become clear what God Almighty wanted of the meanings and rulings, and the most important of them is to explain a systematic jurisprudential interpretation; so that divine judgments can be applied. This is what the interpreters of every era determined and adhered to, each according to his rank and methodology, and among them was Aladdin Ali al-Samarqandi, who wrote an interpretation and clarified the Qur’anic verses in several ways and called it “Bahr al-Ulum”; Al-Samarqandi was one of the many who interpreted the verses of rulings and stood on them as an analytical jurisprudential stand. This study was divided into two sections and then followed by a conclusion. The first section includes an introduction to the life of the scholar Aladdin al-Samarkandi and his jurisprudential rank, his scholarly stature, his sheikhs, his students, his jurisprudential school of thought and his writings. The second section includes his jurisprudential approach through his book "Bahr alUlum" and the conclusion presents a set of findings and recommendations. |
