| المستخلص: | يهدف هذا البحث إلى استخدام قائمة الفحص لتحديد حجم الفجوة بين إمكانية تطبيق تقنية الــ Blockchain وتطوير الخدمات المصرفية في مجموعة من المصارف الخاصة في بغداد ولتحقيق ذلك تم تحديد مشكلة البحث وصياغة فرضياته والتي اختبرت من خلال عدد من الأساليب الإحصائية، واستخدمت قائمة الفحص كأداة وحيدة لجمع البيانات والمعلومات من المصارف عينة البحث. وبصورة عامة حاول البحث الإجابة على التساؤل الآتي: هل توجد فجوة بين إمكانية تطبيق تقنية الــ Blockchain وتطوير الخدمات المصرفية في المصارف عينة البحث؟ وتوصل البحث إلى مجموعة من الاستنتاجات كان من أهمها: يوجد استعداد لدى المصارف عينة البحث لإمكانية تطوير الخدمات المصرفية وفق النتائج المستحصلة من قائمة الفحص، إذ وجدت الباحثة بأن أغلب الفقرات المتعلقة بتوفر إمكانية تطوير الخدمات المصرفية متوفرة في هذه المصارف، كذلك وجود استجابة من المصارف عينة البحث نحو إمكانية تطبيق تقنية الــ Blockchain فضلا عن تطوير الخدمات المصرفية وذلك من خلال إجاباتهم على قائمة الفحص. واعتمادا على نتائج البحث واستنتاجاته، فقد توصلت الباحثة إلى أهم توصية وهي (قيام المصارف عينة البحث بدراسة إمكانية تطبيق تقنية الــ Blockchain وتطوير الخدمات المصرفية وتحديد الفجوة باستمرار). This research aims to use the checklist to determine the size of the gap between the possibility of applying Blockchain technology and the development of banking services in a group of private banks in Baghdad. To achieve this, the research problem was identified and its hypotheses formulated, which were tested through a number of statistical methods, and the checklist was used as the only tool for data collection And information from the research sample banks. In general, the research tried to answer the following question: Is there a gap between the possibility of applying Blockchain technology and the development of banking services in banks that worship the research? As the researchers found that most of the items related to the availability of the possibility of developing banking services are available in these banks, as well as the presence of the response of banks in the research towards the possibility of applying Blockchain technology, as well as the development of banking services, through their answers to the checklist, and depending on the results and conclusions of the research, the researchers concluded To the most important recommendation is to sample banks to research the possibility of applying Blockchain and developing services gap. |
