| المستخلص: | كتاب التعليق على موطأ الإمام مالك لهشام بن أحمد الوقشي (ت ٤٨٩هـ) من الكتب التي عنيت بشرح الحديث الشريف وبيان ما أشكل من ألفاظه ومعانيه وإعرابه، والكتاب حافل بالآراء النحوية والالتفاتات اللغوية والنقولات عن أئمة النحو واللغة على ما جاء فيه من أحاديث، وقد كان المؤلف على درجة كبيرة من الحفظ والضبط والأمانة والإتقان والموضوعية فيما يرويه أو ينقله وقد شهد له من ترجم له بذلك، وقد كان لسيبويه رحمه الله أثر واضح في ما أورده المؤلف من مسائل نحوية، فجاء البحث ببعض تلكم المسائل التي اعتمد الوقشي فيها رأي سيبويه وبنى عليه توجيهه، وأبرز أثر سيبويه في تناوله المسائل والتوجيهات التي أوردها الوقشي على الموطأ وما علق فيه عليها. ولم نتناول جميع المسائل التي ورد فيها رأي سيبويه دفعا للإطالة وطلبا للاختصار فاقتصر البحث على عشر مسائل فقط رتبت في البحث بحسب مجيئها في الكتاب، علما أن عدد المسائل التي ذكر فيها رأي سيبويه تجاوزت الأربعين مسألة. ومما تجدر الإشارة إليه أن الدكتور عبد الرحمن بن سليمان العثيمين الأستاذ في جامعة أم القرى في مكة المكرمة قد حقق الكتاب وقدم له وعلق عليه في مجلدين، ونشر الكتاب في مكتبة العبيكان في المملكة العربية السعودية بطبعته الأولى من العام ١٤٢١هـ. In this research we tried to show the doctrine of Sebwayh in this book, which is the book (Commentary on the Muwatta in the Interpretation of its Languages and the Mysteries of its Syntax and its Meanings) by Hisham bin Ahmed Al Waqshi (died 489 AH). It can be said that this book is one of the books of commentaries on the hadith that concerned the grammatical and linguistic aspect only. Because he was meant to explain the vocabulary of the hadiths contained in the Muwatta, and he expressed the problematic words, clarified the ambiguous about them, and demystified them, citing what he said to him in the Qur’anic verses and poetic evidence, and inferred by the sayings and opinions of the grammarians with the ability to be informed and honest in transmission. And it became clear to us from reading his book and in light of the issues quoted by al-Waqshi that al-Waqshi mentioned the opinions of Siboyah that al-Waqshi is one of the imams of grammarians and his comments and opinions show broad knowledge and deep understanding, but in most of his issues he only mentioned the position of the witness without referring to the hadith, which must be referred to the Muwatta to confirm The whole conversation. Al-Waqshi used to report on the one issue with the opinion of Sibawayh, the opinions of other grammars, but he did not favor one opinion over another except in some issues, so he agreed with the Sibawayh`s doctrine and inferred its validity, citing a saying, opinion, or verse of poetry. |
