| المستخلص: | هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى تقديم تصور مقترح لتطوير حاضنات الأعمال التكنولوجية بالجامعات المصرية في ضوء بعض الخبرات العالمية، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي في تناول الإطار النظري للدراسة التي تضمنت ثلاثة محاور رئيسة، شملت: دراسة الإطار المفاهيمي لحاضنات الأعمال التكنولوجية، ودراسة بعض الخبرات العالمية في إنشاء حاضنات الأعمال التكنولوجية بالجامعات، والتصور المقترح لتطوير حاضنات الأعمال التكنولوجية بالجامعات المصرية في ضوء بعض الخبرات العالمية. واعتمد الباحث في بناء التصور المقترح على نتائج الدراسات السابقة، والمعطيات العلمية للدراسة النظرية، ودراسة الإطار المفاهيمي لحاضنات الأعمال التكنولوجية، ودراسة بعض الخبرات العالمية في إنشاء حاضنات الأعمال التكنولوجية بالجامعات في الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية والمملكة المتحدة وتايلاند والبرازيل. وشمل التصور المقترح أربعة عناصر رئيسة، هي: المنطلقات الفكرية للتصور المقترح، ومراحل التصور المقترح، وكيفية تجريب التصور المقترح، وآليات ما بعد التجريب. وقدم الباحث في نهاية الدراسة مجموعة من التوصيات لتفعيل التصور المقترح الخاص بتطوير حاضنات الأعمال التكنولوجية بالجامعات المصرية في ضوء بعض الخبرات العالمية. The current study aimed to provide a proposed vision of the development of technological business incubators in Egyptian universities based on some international experiences. To achieve this goal, the researcher used the descriptive approach in dealing with the theoretical framework of the study, which included three main aspects: a study of the conceptual framework of technological business incubators, a study of some international experiences in establishing technological business incubators in universities, and the proposed vision of the development of technological business incubators in Egyptian universities based on international experiences. To create the proposed vision, the researcher relied on the results of previous studies, the scientific data of the theoretical study, the study of the conceptual framework of technological business incubators, and the study of some international experiences in establishing technological business incubators in universities in the United States of America, the United Kingdom, Thailand and Brazil. The proposed vision included four main elements: the intellectual premises of the proposed vision, the stages of the proposed vision, how to experiment the proposed vision, and post-experimental mechanisms. At the end of the study, the researcher presented a set of recommendations to activate the proposed vision of the development of technological business incubators in Egyptian universities based on some international experiences. |
