| 520 | |a حظيت إعادة هندسة عمليات الأعمال (الهندرة) باهتمام جوهري في السنوات الأخيرة. والبحث الحالي هو محاولة لتقديم إطار نظري لمدخل إعادة هندسة العمليات وعوامل نجاحها ودورها في تحسين أداء شركات التامين. حيث يهدف هذا البحث إلى التعرف على إعادة هندسة العمليات الإدارية ودورها في تحسين الأداء الإداري في شركات التامين، كما أشارت نتائج البحث بأن هنالك علاقة بين إعادة هندسة العمليات الإدارية والأداء الإداري. كما أوصت الدراسة على ضرورة ومراعاة العناصر التي تسهم في نجاح إعادة هندسة العمليات الإدارية والتي تتلاءم مع طبيعة قطاع التأمين. كما يجب أن تركز شركات التامين على الخدمات التأمينية عند إعداد الهيكل التنظيمي وليس على التسلسل الإداري حتى يكون الهيكل ذو فعالية وكفاءة عالية. أيضا يجب على شركات التأمين العاملة في السوق المحلية أن تستثمر وتواكب التغيرات التي تحدث في مجال تكنولوجيا المعلومات حتى يؤثر ذلك إيجابيا على الأداء وينعكس على جودة الخدمات التأمينية. |b Business process reengineering has gained a considerable attention during the past years. This paper is an attempt to provide a conceptual framework for the entrance of re-engineering processes and success factors and their role in improving the performance of insurance companies. Where the aims of this research is to identify the Business Process Reengineering and its term to improve the administrative performance of the insurance companies, the results indicated that there is a relationship between Business Process Reengineering and administrative performance. The study recommended the necessity of taking into account the elements that contribute to the success of the Business Process Reengineering and which is appropriate to the nature of the insurance sector. It should also insurance companies focused insurance services in the preparation of the organizational structure and not on the sequence of administrative structure in order to be a highly effective and efficient. Also on the insurance companies operating in the local market that must invest and keep pace with the changes that occur in the field of information technology so that a positive affect on performance and reflects on the quality of insurance services. | ||
