| 520 | |a فالله تعالى مختار أحكامه وشريعته إلا إذا واقفت السماحة واليسر وملائمة الفطرة السلمية محطما بذلك أغلال الانفلاق والتقوقع التشريعي الذي اعترى أحكام الأديان السابقة ، فالتيسير سمة أحكام الإسلام الغراء وبها تمثلت الإنسانية بأجل صورها ومعانيها، حينما أسقط جميع الأحكام على وقائع حدثه وما قد يقع لذا نرى أحكام وشرائع الإسلام جاءت متناغمة بصورة متكاملة مع احتياجات الفرد كإنسان، وهنا تسارعت أفكاري وتسابقت تفاسيري لأظهر ملمح أفاض به علينا ربنا ومنة أغدقها على عبادتنا فاخترت عنوان بحثي ليكون (أثر البرد والمطر في أحكام الظهارة والصلاة) دراسة فقهية مقارنة. مترجماً ذلك كرم الباري على الخلائق وبيان أفضاله وأوجه التسامح مع عباده، وإن تحققت الأعذار بلا حرج أو تكليف فوق المستطاع تخفيفا بذلك من أعباء تصيب الإنسان والمجتمع ، وتمحور بحثي حول ماهية الأثر والحكم والطهارة والصلاة اختص بها البحث، ثم انتقلت إلى محور آخر بحثت فيه المسائل المتعلقة بالطهارة والصلاة لعذر البرد والمطر، والله أسأل أن أوفق في نيل مراد مطالب العلم الشرعي ومطالب المجتمع والفرد. |b All praise is to Allah Almighty and peace be upon our master and messenger prophet Mohammad (P. B. U.H). Almighty Allah's provisions and sharee'a 'a are about forgiveness and ease. Besides, they are in harmony with the intact nature. So, they refuted all doubts of fissions and sharee'a lsolation that affected the previous religions. And ease is described as one of the features of Islamic provisions. On the top of that, the said feature is represented in humanity. Moreover, it appeared in its most glorious ways when all provisions took place in events. In other words, the provisions were accompanied by event. This is why, we are witnessing the fact that all provisions of Islamic sharee'a in harmony with the needs of the individual in a comprehensive way. Having said that, I started over thinking to highlight certain aspect shown by Almighty Allah in our worshipping. So, I have chosen the title of my paper which is presented below: ((The Effect of Cold and Rain in the provisions of purity and prayer)). A comparative Jurisprudential study. The current paper aims at showing the generosity of Almighty Allah upon the creatures and highlighting his virtures and his forgiveness towards his creatures. We look forward to verify all pretexts without any embarrassment or difficulty which are about the burdens that impact human and society. My research is concerned with the effect and provision of purity and purity that are of my paper then I dealt with another aspect where I dug in depth in matter related to purity and prayer, with regard to cold and rain. However, I ask Almighty Allah to facilitate so as to verify the requirements of sharee'a science and the requirements of society and individuals. | ||
