| المستخلص: | تتناول الدراسة البحث في قاعدة الأمور بمقاصدها وأثرها في فقه الدعوة، وقد وضحت الدراسة الأضواء الكاشفة على عد قاعدة الأمور بمقاصدها في فقه الدعوة، جاء الفصل التمهيدي لمعالجة مفهوم فقه الدعوة وحكمه، وهدفت الدراسة إلى بيان الارتباط الوثيق بين قاعدة الأمور بمقاصدها وفقه الدعوة إلى الله، عن طريق دراسة العلاقة بينهما. وتتناول الدراسة قاعدة الأمور بمقاصدها ببيان معناها وأحكامها مما يساعد على إثراء مجالات الدعوة إلى الله، قاصدا من وراء ذلك بيان كيفية توظيفها في الميدان الدعوي المعاصر، لأن معرفتها تساعد على استنباط أحكام ومبادئ ومضامين دعوية بغية الوصول إلى منهج دعوي أصيل مستمد من القواعد الفقهية، يشارك في التأصيل الدعوي الذي مازال به حاجة إلى الجهود العلمية، وختمت القاعدة بأمثلة تطبيقية دعوية لاعتبار القواعد الفقهية في فقه الدعوة علاجاً وقائياً وحاجزاً مانعاً من وقوع الداعية في العثرات والزلات في الفهم والتفقه في الدين. وتوصي الدراسة بضرورة تنوير طلبة العلم بشكل عام والدعاة بشكل خاص بهذا الموضوع الحيوي المهم الذي يعد سر نضوج الدعوة للوصول إلى الأهداف المنشودة.
