| المستخلص: | تهدف الدراسة إلى التعريف والكشف عن العلاقة بين تحسين جودة الخدمات البحرية وأبعاد البنى التحتية للخدمات البحرية في الشركة العامة لموانئ العراق. أذ تم تطوير استمارة استبانة للتأكد من وجود علاقة بين متغيرات الدراسة (جودة الخدمات البحرية) متغير مستقل، (البنى التحتية للخدمات البحرية) متغير تابع. واستنتجت الدراسة وجود علاقة تأثير إيجابية ذات دلالة معنوية وإحصائية لجودة الخدمات البحرية مع البنى التحتية للخدمات البحرية. وكذلك توجد علاقة تأثير إيجابية ذات دلالة معنوية وإحصائية لأبعاد تحسين جودة الخدمات البحرية إذ إن نموذج الفرضيات الفرعية يفسر ما نسبته 33.4% من التغير الحاصل في البنى التحتية للخدمات البحرية، كما أن للنموذج قدرة جيدة ومرتفعة على التنبؤ. واقتصرت الدراسة على الخدمات البحرية المقدمة من قبل الشركة العامة لموانئ العراق والتي يتم تنفيذها بواسطة الكوادر والطواقم البحرية في الأقسام البحرية في الشركة. إذ تم اختيار أبعاد تتناسب مع الشركة المبحوثة. وبالإمكان الاستفادة من نتائج الدراسة التي تم الوصل إليها في تعزيز مكانة الموانئ العراقية والكادر البحري في مجال المنافسة في الصناعة البحرية. The study aims to define and reveal the relationship between improving the quality of marine services and the dimensions of infrastructure for marine services in the General Company for Ports of Iraq. A questionnaire was developed to ensure the existence of a relationship between the study variables (quality of marine services) and an independent variable, (infrastructure for marine services). dependent variable. The study concluded that there is a positive impact relationship of moral and statistical significance for the quality of marine services with the infrastructure of marine services. There is also a positive impact relationship with significant and statistical significance for the dimensions of improving the quality of marine services, as the model of sub-hypotheses explains 33.4% of the change in the infrastructure of marine services, and the model has a good and high predictive ability. The study was limited to the marine services provided by the General Company for Ports of Iraq, which are implemented by the marine cadres and crews in the marine departments of the company. Dimensions commensurate with the researched company were chosen. It is possible to benefit from the results of the study that were reached in strengthening the status of Iraqi ports and the maritime staffs and crews in the field of competition in the maritime industry. |
