| المستخلص: | استهدف البحث الحالي تحديد نوع وقوة العلاقة بين الذكاء الاستراتيجي على مستوى مستشفيات جامعة عين شمس والريادة الاستراتيجية، ونوع وقوة العلاقة بين الريادة الاستراتيجية للمستشفيات محل الدراسة والأداء المستدام، ونوع وقوة العلاقة بين الذكاء الاستراتيجي للمستشفيات محل الدراسة والأداء المستدام، والتعرف على الدور الوسيط للريادة الاستراتيجية بأبعادها في العلاقة بين الذكاء الاستراتيجي والأداء المستدام، وأجري البحث على عينة قوامها (177) مفردة، وتم جمع البيانات الأولية باستخدام قائمة استقصاء وزعت على مفردات العينة من (مديري الفروع والإدارات المركزية، ونواب المديرين، ورؤساء الأقسام)، فضلاً عن المقابلات الشخصية، وبلغ عدد قوائم الاستقصاء الصحيحة (144) قائمة بمعدل 81%، ومن خلال استخدام مجموعة من الأدوات الإحصائية كمعامل الارتباط بيرسون، ومعامل الانحدار المعياري، والمسارات الانحدارية وفق أسلوب معادلة النمذجة الهيكلية، كشفت نتائج الدراسة عن وجود علاقة طردية موجبة بين الذكاء الاستراتيجي على مستوى مستشفيات جامعة عين شمس والريادة الاستراتيجية، كذلك تم التوصل إلى وجود علاقة طردية موجبة بين الريادة الاستراتيجية للمستشفيات محل الدراسة والأداء المستدام، كما كشفت نتائج الدراسة أيضاً عن وجود علاقة طردية موجبة بين الذكاء الاستراتيجي للمستشفيات محل الدراسة والأداء المستدام، ووجود درجة توافق بين أبعاد الذكاء الاستراتيجي والأداء المستدام وأن غالبية معاملات الانحدار عالية المعنوية، كما دعم وجود الريادة الاستراتيجية كمتغير وسيط من تأثير أبعاد الذكاء الاستراتيجي كمتغيرات مستقلة على مستوى الأداء المستدام. وتوصلت الباحثتان، إلى مجموعة من التوصيات لتحسين مستوى الأداء المستدام وذلك من خلال زيادة اهتمام إدارة المستشفيات محل الدراسة بمقومات وعناصر الذكاء الاستراتيجي لما له من أثر فعال على أدائها، فضلاً عن تعزيز الريادة الاستراتيجية لدورها الهام في استدامة الأداء. The current research aimed to determine the type and strength of the relationship between strategic intelligence at the level of Ain Shams University hospitals and strategic leadership, the type and strength of the relationship between strategic leadership of the hospitals under study sustainable performance, the type and strength of the relationship between strategic intelligence of the hospitals under study sustainable performance and identify the mediating role of strategic leadership on the relationship between strategic intelligence and sustainable performance, the research was conducted on a sample of (177) individuals, the primary data was collected using a survey list distributed to the sample items (directors of branches and central departments, deputy directors, and heads of departments), as well as personal interviews, and the number of The correct survey lists (144) are listed at an average of 81%, and through the use of a set of statistical tools such as the Pearson correlation coefficient, the standard regression coefficient and regression paths according to the modified structural modeling method, the results of the study revealed a positive direct relationship between strategic intelligence at the level of Ain Shams University Hospitals and strategic leadership, as well as a positive direct relationship between leadership and strategic leadership (a strategy for the hospitals under study and sustainable performance),the results of the study also revealed a positive direct relationship between the strategic intelligence of the hospitals under study and sustainable performance, and the presence of a degree of agreement between the dimensions of strategic intelligence and sustainable performance and that the majority of the regression coefficients are highly significant, and also supported the existence of strategic leadership as a mediator variable from The effect of the dimensions of strategic intelligence as independent variables on the level of sustainable performance. The two researchers reached a set of recommendations to improve the level of sustainable performance by increasing the interest of the hospital administration under study in the elements and elements of strategic intelligence because of its effective impact on their performance, as well as strengthening the role of strategic leadership as one of the tools and strategies for its important role in sustainable performance |
