| المستخلص: | يسعى البحث إلى التعرف على مدى قوة تأثير الذكاء الأخلاقي، والتعرف على مدى توافر التنمر في مكان العمل وانتهاك العقد النفسي، وتحديد طبيعة العلاقة بين الذكاء الأخلاقي والتنمر في مكان العمل وانتهاك العقد النفسي بشركات الأدوية المدرجة في البورصة المصرية، تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتمثل مجتمع البحث في العاملين بشركات الأدوية المدرجة في البورصة المصرية، وتم الحصول على عينة عشوائية بلغت ٣٨١ مفردة. وتوصل البحث إلى أن هناك اهتمام بنسبة مرتفعة بالذكاء الأخلاقي، وأن التنمر في مكان العمل وانتهاك العقد النفسي بشركات الأدوية المدرجة في البورصة المصرية متوفر بدرجة منخفضة، وأن هناك ارتباط بين الذكاء الأخلاقي وكلا من التنمر في مكان العمل وانتهاك العقد النفسي، وأن هناك علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الذكاء الأخلاقي والتنمر في مكان العمل وبين الذكاء الأخلاقي وانتهاك العقد النفسي بشركات الأدوية المدرجة في البورصة المصرية. The research seeks to identify the strength of the impact of moral intelligence, and to identify the extent of bullying in the workplace and the violation of the psychological contract, and to determine the nature of the relationship between moral intelligence and bullying in the workplace and the violation of the psychological contract in pharmaceutical companies listed on the Egyptian Stock Exchange, the descriptive approach was relied upon Analytical, and the research community consists of workers in pharmaceutical companies listed on the Egyptian Stock Exchange, and a random sample of 381 individuals was obtained. The research concluded that there is a high percentage of interest in moral intelligence, and that bullying in the workplace and violation of the psychological contract in pharmaceutical companies listed on the Egyptian Stock Exchange is available in a low degree, and that there is a correlation between moral intelligence and both bullying in the workplace and violation of the psychological contract, and that there is a significant relationship Statistics between moral intelligence and bullying in the workplace and between moral intelligence and psychological contract violation in pharmaceutical companies listed on the Egyptian Stock Exchange. |
