| 520 | |a هدفت الدراسة إلى دراسة أثر اليقظة الذهنية على الصحة التنظيمية للكوادر الطبية والنفطية في شركات البترول، من خلال دراسة تحديد مستوى اليقظة الذهنية ومستوى الصحة التنظيمية لدى العاملين من الكوادر (الطبية والنفطية) في شركات البترول، وتحديد التأثير المباشر وغير المباشر لليقظة الذهنية على الصحة التنظيمية، وتم الاعتماد في إجراء الدراسة على الأسلوب الوصفي التحليلي، وتمثل مجتمع الدراسة في الكوادر الطبية والكوادر النفطية بشركات (البترول الوطنية الكويتية، ايكويت للبتروكيماويات، شلمبرجير لخدمات حقول النفط) بدولة الكويت، وتم اختيار عينة الدراسة بالطريقة العمدية، حيث تكونت من (400 مفردة). وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن أبعاد اليقظة الذهنية للكوادر الطبية متوسطة بينما منخفضة للكوادر النفطية، وتقاربت متوسطات أبعاد الصحة التنظيمية للكوادر الطبية مع الكوادر النفطية بدرجة متوسطة. |b The study aimed to examine the impact of mental alertness on organizational health among medical and petroleum professionals in petroleum companies. It involved assessing the levels of mental alertness and organizational health among employees in the medical and petroleum fields within petroleum companies. The study also aimed to determine the direct and indirect effects of mental alertness on organizational health. The research adopted a descriptive analytical approach, with the study population consisting of medical and petroleum professionals from Kuwait National Petroleum Company, Equate Petrochemical Company, and Schlumberger Oilfield Services in Kuwait. The study employed a purposive sampling method, with a sample size of 400 individuals. The findings revealed that the dimensions of mental alertness were moderate among medical professionals and low among petroleum professionals. The average scores of organizational health dimensions showed a moderate level of convergence between medical and petroleum professionals. The study utilized a descriptive-analytical approach and the study population consisted of medical and petroleum personnel in Kuwait's petroleum companies, namely Kuwait National Petroleum Company, Equate Petrochemical Company, and Schlumberger for Oilfield Services. The study sample was purposefully selected and comprised 400 individuals. The study findings revealed that the dimensions of mental alertness were moderate among medical personnel and low among petroleum personnel, while the average scores of organizational alertness dimensions were moderately similar between medical and petroleum personnel. | ||
