| المستخلص: | استهدفت الدراسة رصد وتحليل الاتجاهات البحثية الحديثة في بحوث الصحافة الطبية وتقديم رؤية نقدية ومستقبلية لهذه البحوث بهدف تطويرها. وهي دراسة تحليلية من المستوى الثاني مستخدمة لمنهج المسح. وتم تحليل محتوى دراسات الصحافة الطبية العربية والأجنبية والتي تم إجرائها خلال الفترة من عام ۲۰۱۰ إلى ۲۰۲۱. وقدمت نتائج الدراسة توصيف وتحليل للوضع الراهن لدراسات الصحافة الطبية العربية والأجنبية؛ وذلك من حيث (۱) مجالات الاهتمام البحثي وطبيعة العينات (۲) المناهج والأدوات المستخدمة (۳) النظريات التي تم توظيفها (٤) النتائج المقدمة ومدى شمولها وتفسيرها. وأوضحت المقارنة بين الدراسات العربية والأجنبية حدود التقارب والتباين في البناء المنهجي للبحوث ومدى ثراء النتائج. وقد وفرت هذه النتائج التحليلية والنقدية قاعدة معلوماتية يمكن من خلالها تقديم رؤية مستقبلية وتوصيات من أجل تطوير اتجاهات بحوث دراسات الصحافة الطبية؛ وذلك كالتالي: ضرورة توجيه اهتمام الباحثين إلى دراسة الصحافة الطبية في فترات كاشفة للوقوف على حقيقة إشكالياتها وحجم الاهتمام الفعلي بها. وتوجيه اهتمام الباحثين نحو دراسة موضوعات متباينة وتوظيف أدوات مختلفة والدخول بشكل مباشر على النتائج الرئيسية ذات الصلة بالموضوع البحثي لتجنب التشابه في النتائج. وتوجيه اهتمام الباحثين بضرورة التركيز على المشكلات البحثية المستمدة من واقع المجتمع المحلى لتعظيم الاستفادة والقدرة على التفسير المتعمق بدلاً من توضيح السببية الظاهرة. يجب توجيه الباحثين نحو ضرورة توسيع اهتماماتهم البحثية بحيث لا تقتصر على دراسة الجمهور والمضمون؛ بل تمتد لتشمل دراسة الإشكاليات والعوامل المؤثرة على صناعة القرار التحريري بالصحافة الطبية، القائم بالاتصال، المصادر، الفنون الصحفية الحديثة، الإعلانات الطبية المنشورة ... وغيرها من الموضوعات. كما يجب تشجيع الباحثين على الدراسات البينية التي تربط بين الصحافة الطبية وتخصصات أخرى مثل علم النفس والاجتماع، أو تأثير المضمون الصحي على قطاعات المجتمع الاقتصادية والسياحية والسياسية.. إلخ. ضرورة تنويع المناهج والأدوات والاعتماد على الحديث منها، وكذلك تنويع النظريات والمداخل النظرية المستخدمة سواء التقليدية أو الحديثة أو البينية بما يضمن تفسير المشكلة البحثية من وجهات نظر متعددة وإلقاء الضوء على جوانب جديدة وأبعاد مختلفة. ويجب توجيه الباحثين نحو الدراسات الجماعية، واختيار العينات النوعية، وإجراء بحوث المقارنة. This study aimed to monitor and analyze recent research trends in medical journalism research and provide a critical and future vision for this researchs in order to develop it. It is a Meta –analysis study that uses the survey method to analysis the content of Arab and foreign medical journalism Studies that published from 2010 to 2021. Found that: The results provided a description and analysis of the current status of Arab and foreign medical journalism studies. In terms of: (1) The research interests and its samples (2) The methods and tools used (3) Employed theories (4) The results and the extent of its richness and interpretation. Also, The comparison between Arab and foreign studies clarified the limits of convergence and contrast in the methodological construction of research and the richness of the results. Based on these results, it was possible to present a future vision and recommendations to develop medical journalism studies trends; such as encourage researchers to: - Studying the medical journalism in revealing periods to find out its real problems and the extent of the actual interest in it. - Studying different topics, employing different tools, and entering directly into the main results related to the research topic to avoid similarities in the results. - Focusing on research problems that reflect the reality of the local community to maximize benefit and the ability to in-depth interpretation instead of clarifying the apparent causation. - Expanding research interests beyond the study of audience and content; It should includes studying the problems and factors affecting: Editorial decision making, journalists, sources, modern journalistic arts, published medical advertisements... and other topics. Attention should also be paid to the interdisciplinary studies that link the medical journalism with other Specialties such as psychology and sociology, or the impact of the health coverge on the economic, tourism and political sectors of society...etc. - Diversification of methods and tools and relying on modern ones, and Diversifying the theories used, whether traditional, modern or interdisciplinary, to ensure Interpret results from multiple perspectives and focus on new aspects and different dimensions. - Conducting group studies, selecting Samples representing different categories, and conducting comparative research. |
