| المستخلص: | تتلخص دعوة بوذا سدهارثا غوتاما الوضعية أنها مبنية على نظريات فلسفية ونظاما أخلاقيا، فهي تدعو إلى التقشف والتسامح، لكن بعض أتباعه من الرهبان قد انحرفوا بشكل مغاير، فقد ارتكبوا أبشع الجرائم في العصر الحديث ضد المسلمين في بورما، مع تقاعس وتجاهل من قبل المنظمات الدولية وحقوق الإنسان عن هذه الخروقات. ويهدف البحث إلى دراسة فلسفة بوذا وتعاليمه والفرق البوذية، ودراسة دور الرهبان في الانتهاكات ضد مسلمين بورما، ودراسة موقف القرارات الدولية والمنظمات الإنسانية منها، ودراسة أفضل الوسائل لمعالجة المشاكل. وقد استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الاستقرائي والتحليلي. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن فلسفة بوذا لا تقر بوجود الاله، وقد أسست على القضايا الأخلاقية والتجربة الروحية، وأن للرهبان الدور الكبير في الانتهاكات ضد المسلمين في بورما المخالف لدعوة بوذا، وأن موقف القرارات الدولية والمنظمات الإنسانية في هذا الاتجاه ضعيف، والوصول إلى أفضل الحلول. The positive call of Buddha Siddhartha Gautama is that it is based on philosophical theories and a moral system. It calls for austerity and tolerance. However, some of his monk followers deviated in a different way. They committed the most horrific crimes in the modern era against Muslims in Burma, with inaction and neglect by international organizations and human rights organizations. human beings about these violations. The research aims to study the philosophy and teachings of Buddha, Buddhist sects, study the role of monks in violations against Burmese Muslims, study the position of international resolutions and humanitarian organizations towards them, and study the best means to address the problems. The study used the inductive and analytical method. The study concluded that Buddha's philosophy does not acknowledge the existence of God, and was based on moral issues and spiritual experience, and that monks have a major role in the violations against Muslims in Burma that contradict Buddha's call, and that the position of international resolutions and humanitarian organizations in this direction is weak, and that the best solutions are not reached. |
