| المستخلص: | تظل مسألة التمكين السياسي للمرأة في المغرب وتقييم وصولها إلى جميع مناصب صنع القرار من القضايا المهمة التي تتطلب مقاربة مختلفة غير تقليدية تنسج الأبعاد التنموية والقانونية والسياسية من جهة ومن ناحية أخرى، تعتبر الآلية التشريعية من أهم آليات التمكين السياسي المرأة والنهوض بأوضاعها في هذا المجال، حيث ينصب التركيز على تعزيز الإطار التشريعي للوفاء بالتزامات المغرب الدولية ووضع تعزيز حقوق المرأة وحمايتها والنهوض بها وتحقيق المساواة بين الجنسين في صميم إصلاحاته التشريعية. ويبرز ذلك من المكانة المهمة التي أضحت تحتلها المرأة في الدستور المغربي لسنة 2011 الذي أقر مجموعة من المقتضيات الجديدة لتكريس الحقوق السياسية للمرأة. The issue of the political empowerment of women in Morocco and assessing their access to all decision-making positions remains an important issue that requires a different, non-traditional approach that weaves the developmental, legal and political dimensions on the one hand. On the other hand, the legislative mechanism is considered one of the most important mechanisms for the political empowerment of women and the advancement of their conditions in this field. The focus is on strengthening the legislative framework to fulfill Morocco's international obligations and placing the promotion, protection and advancement of women's rights and the achievement of gender equality at the core of its legislative reforms. This is highlighted by the important position that women occupy in the Moroccan constitution of 2011, which approved a set of new provisions to enshrine women's political rights. |
