| المستخلص: | الإدارة الاستراتيجية تعد أسلوبا جديدا في التخطيط والإدارة الفعالة من حيث إنها تحدد الأهداف وترسم الخطط وتضع الإجراءات المحكمة للتنفيذ، وهدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور الإدارة الاستراتيجية في تعزيز إدارة الأزمات في المطارات، وقد تناولت الدراسة أهمية الإدارة الاستراتيجية وعناصرها في المطارات باعتبار أن المطارات التي تعتمد خطط استراتيجية متطورة تساهم في تحسين أداءها لان ذلك ينعكس على تقديم جودة أفضل للمسافرين. وقد اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي باعتباره من أكثر المناهج استخداما في دراسة الظواهر الاجتماعية والإنسانية، وقد بلغت عينة البحث (139) مفردة، وقد توصلت الدارسة إلى عدد من الاستنتاجات أهمها وجود نسبة كبيرة من عينة البحث لا يدركون أهمية الإدارة الاستراتيجية. كما تبين من نتائج الدراسة أن المطار لا يمتلك رؤية واضحة لتطوير نقاط القوة والتقليل من نقاط الضعف. ولا يحرص على وضع الخطط الاستراتيجية بعناية. وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة تبني برنامج تأهيل للعاملين في المطارات في مجال التنظيم الاستراتيجي. ووضع خطط وبرامج كافية وجاهزة لإدارة الأزمات والتقييم والتحليل المستمر للأزمات المحتملة. Strategic management is a new method of planning and effective management in that it sets objectives, draws plans, and establishes tight procedures for implementation. The study aimed to identify the role of strategic management in enhancing crisis management in airports. The study dealt with the importance of strategic management and its elements in airports, given that airports that adopt advanced strategic plans contribute to improving their performance because this is reflected in providing better quality for passengers. The study relied on the analytical descriptive approach as one of the most used approaches in the study of social and human phenomena, and the research sample amounted to (139) individuals, and the study reached a number of conclusions, the most important of which is the presence of a large percentage of the research sample who do not realize the importance of strategic management. The results of the study showed that the airport does not have a clear vision to develop strengths and reduce weaknesses. He is not keen on developing strategic plans carefully. The study recommended the need to adopt a training program for airport workers in the field of strategic organization. Develop adequate and ready plans and programs for crisis management and continuous evaluation and analysis of potential crises. |
