| المستخلص: | تعد المعرفة في عصرنا الحالي أحد أهم الموارد الاستراتيجية في المنظمات، وإدارة هذه المعرفة يعد أمرا بالغ الأهمية لنجاحها، وحتى تستفيد المنظمات من المعرفة التي تمتلكها، لا بد لها من فهم كيفية رصدها وإنشاءها ومشاركتها على مستويات الإدارات المختلفة داخل المنظمة وخارجها. وتعد الجامعات أحد أهم المنظمات التي تعمل على تعزيز خلق المعرفة ومشاركتها من خلال أنشطة التدريس والبحث العلمي وخدمة المجتمع وهو ما يمثل القيمة الحقيقة لها. ويعد موضوع مشاركة المعرفة من الموضوعات المهمة لدورها الفعال في بناء روح التعاون ونشر ثقافة المشاركة مما ينعكس إيجابيا على تحسين أداءها وزيادة إنتاجيتها، بالإضافة إلى ضمان استمرارية فاعلية الجامعة والمحافظة على ميزتها التنافسية مع الجامعات الأخرى. توجد العديد من الدراسات والأبحاث العلمية التي تناولت موضوع مشاركة المعرفة على مستوى المنظمات باختلافها كالمنظمات الصناعية والتجارية والتعليمية وغيرها، وعلى مستوى المنظمة الواحدة بين أفرادها، هدفت هذه الورقة العلمية إلى تسليط الضوء على موضوع مشاركة المعرفة بين المنظمات وتحديدا بين الجامعات وذلك من خلال عرض وتحليل أبرز نماذج مشاركة المعرفة بين المنظمات بشكل عام وبين الجامعات بشكل خاص للتعرف على مجال وسمات التشارك المعرفي في كل نموذج، حيث لاحظت الباحثة أثناء مراجعة أدبيات الموضوع أن العديد من نماذج مشاركة المعرفة بين المنظمات بصفة عامة وبين الجامعات بصفة خاصة تناولت مشاركة المعرفة على مستوى الأفراد العاملين بها وليس على المستوى التنظيمي، كما لا حظت الباحثة أن نماذج مشاركة المعرفة بين المنظمات يمكن تطبيقها على مؤسسات التعليم العالي ممثلة في الجامعات وبما يتلاءم مع متطلباتها في مجالات التدريس، والبحث العلمي، والابتكار، والمسئولية المجتمعية وباستخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات، وتحليل هذه النماذج بهدف اقتراح تصور لمتطلبات مشاركة المعرفة بين الجامعات السعودية. In our current era, knowledge is considered one of the most important strategic resources in organizations, and managing this knowledge is considered the most important for their success. Organizations benefit from the knowledge they possess, but it does not benefit them from understanding how to monitor and share it at the levels of different departments inside and outside organizations. Universities are one of the most important organizations that work to create knowledge and share it through faculty members and students with the community, which represents their true value. The subject of knowledge sharing is one of the most important, which is effective in building a spirit of cooperation and spreading culture, which reflects positively on improving its performance and increasing its production, in addition to ensuring a strong university and maintaining its distinction with other universities. There are many studies and scientific research that have dealt with the subject of knowledge sharing at the level of various organizations, such as industrial, commercial, educational, and other organizations, and at the level of organizations among their members. This scientific paper aimed to focus on knowledge sharing between organizations and between universities in particular through a distinct analysis of knowledge sharing between organizations and universities, with a particular focus on the features and characteristics of each model. As the researcher observed while reviewing the literature on the subject, many models of knowledge sharing between organizations and universities in particular represent knowledge sharing at the level of individual workers and not at an organizational level. The researcher also noticed that knowledge sharing models between organizations can be applied in universities in the areas of teaching, scientific research, and the use of information technology and analyzed these models in order to propose a requirements model for knowledge sharing to be applied between Saudi universities. |
