| المستخلص: | انتشر بين الناس في الآونة الأخيرة وباء نتج عن فايروس كورونا المستجد (كوفيد ۱۹)، وعم خطره وضرره، فأخذت الاحترازات لتوقيه، وفرضت أنظمة للحد منه، والقدرة على القضاء عليه بإذن الله، إلا أن هذا الوباء قد أثر على حياة الناس الدينية والمعيشية، وتغيرت كثير من الأمور الاجتماعية وكذلك الشرعية، ومحل البحث هنا هو التغير في بعض الأحكام الشرعية المتعلقة بالمساجد مع وجود هذا الوباء. وقد توصل البحث إلى أنه يحرم شهود المصاب لصلاة الجماعة، سواءً أكان المصاب إمامًا أو مأمومًا، وأنه إن طالت مدة المرضى بالوباء وكان بالإمكان جمع المصابين في مكان مخصص لهم كالمصلى خارج المسجد دون أن يضر بعضهم ببعض، بحيث يؤمهم من هو منهم، فإن ذلك أقرب وأوفق المقاصد الشريعة. وكذلك فإن الأصل في إقامة الصلاة جماعة أن تكون في المساجد، فإن استطعنا إقامتها فيها مع اتخاذ الأمور الاحترازية الوقائية فهو أقرب لمقاصد الشرع، وإن لم يمكن بحيث كان الأمر في شدة ذروة انتشار الوباء والخوف من الإصابة به، أو لم يعمل الناس بالأمور الوقائية؛ فتغلق المساجد حال اشتداد الوباء ومتى ما زالت الشدة فتحت كذلك فإن المباعدة بين الصفوف وبين المأمومين تجوز مع وجود وباء كورونا، ويكون هذا التباعد يسير عرفًا بين كل صف واحد، يقدر بمترين تقريبا. Recently, an epidemic has spread among people resulting from the emerging corona virus (Covid 19), and its danger and harm were pervading, so precautions were taken to prevent it, and regulations were imposed to reduce it, and the ability to eliminate it, God willing, but this epidemic has affected people's religious and livelihood lives, and many changed One of the social and legal matters, and the subject of discussion here, is the change in some of the legal rulings related to mosques with the existence of this epidemic. The research has found that it is forbidden for the witnesses of the injured person to pray in congregation, whether the injured person is the imam or praying person, and that if the duration of the patients with the epidemic is prolonged and it is possible to collect the injured in a place designated for them, such as a prayer room outside the mosque without harming each other, so that whoever is among them leads them, that is closer And according to the objectives of Sharia. Likewise, the basic principle for establishing prayer in congregation is to be in the mosques, and if we are able to perform it in them while taking preventive precautionary measures, then it is closer to the purposes of the Sharia, and if it is not possible so that the matter is in the severity of the spread of the epidemic and fear of infection, or the people did not work with preventive matters Mosques are closed if the epidemic intensifies and when the distress continues. Likewise, the spacing between the rows and the worshipers is permissible with the existence of the Corona epidemic, and this spacing is customarily between each row, estimated to be approximately two meters. |
