| المستخلص: | لقد هدف البحث إلى التعرف على مجالس الآباء والمعلمين ودورها في تحسين التحصيل الدراسي للطلاب، والتركيز على الصعوبات أو المعوقات التي تواجه هذه المجالس لتعزيز المستوى العلمي والثقافي، تم التوصل إلى مجموعة من التوصيات المقترحة؛ لتفعيل دور مجالس الآباء والمعلمين وتحسين المستوى العلمي للطلبة، وكما جاءت تساؤلات البحث التي نذكر منها: ما دور مجالس الآباء والمعلمين في تحسين التحصيل العلمي للطلاب؟، هل هناك وسائل تساعد مجالس الآباء على تحقيق أهدافها الأساسية؟، ما المعوقات التي تواجه عمل مجالس الآباء والمعلمين؟ وتوصل البحث إلى مجموعة من النتائج منها: 1. تعد مجالس الآباء والمعلمين الركيزة الأساسية والطرف المهم في العملية التربوية والتعليمية للطلاب. 2. إسهام مجالس الآباء والمعلمين في حل الكثير من المشاكل التي تعترض العملية التربوية في المدارس. 3 ضعف وعي أولياء الأمور بأهمية الدور الذي يمكن أن تؤديه مجالس الآباء والمعلمين مما يحد من عملية التواصل بين البيت والمدرسة. 4. إن المتابعة المستمرة من قبل أولياء الأمور لأبنائهم الطلبة في المدارس ينعكس إيجابا على تحصيلهم الدراسي والعكس صحيح. 5. ظهر دور مجالس الآباء والمعلمين عن طريق مطالبتهم الجهات الرسمية بتجهيز المدارس بالكادر التدريسي المميز وكذلك المطالبة ببعض المدرسين للاختصاصات النادرة التي يقل فيها الكادر التدريسي. The research aimed to identify parent-teacher councils and their role in improving the academic achievement of students, and focus on the difficulties or obstacles facing these councils to enhance the scientific and cultural level, and then reach a set of proposed recommendations to activate the role of parent-teacher councils and improve the scientific level of students, and as questions came The research, from which we mention: What is the role of parent-teacher councils in improving the academic achievement of students? Are there ways to help parents' councils achieve their basic goals? What are the obstacles facing the work of parent-teacher councils? It reached a set of results, including: 1. Parent-teacher councils are the main pillar and important party in the educational process for students. 2. The contribution of parent-teacher councils in solving many problems that hinder the educational process in schools. 3. Parents' lack of awareness of the importance of the role that parent-teacher councils can play, which limits the process of communication between home and school. 4. The continuous follow-up by parents of their children students in schools reflects positively on their academic achievement and vice versa. 5. The role of parent-teacher councils appeared by asking the official authorities to equip schools with distinguished teaching staff, as well as asking some teachers for some rare specializations in which the teaching staff is short. |
