| المستخلص: | يهتم هذا البحث بدراسة كفاءة الخدمات الدينية بالمدينة العربية الإسلامية مدينة حائل أنموذجا، حيث تناولت الدراسة مشكلة البحث وأهمية الموضوع، وأهدافه وتساؤلاته، ومنطقة الدراسة، وتم استخدام المنهج العلمي الاستقرائي وبعض الأساليب العلمية المختلفة، وتم استعراض بعض الدراسات السابقة التي تناولت الموضوع، هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على رضا المبحوثين من سكان مدينة حائل عن العناصر العمرانية والداخلية والخارجية، والموقع الجغرافي والأداء الوظيفي للمساجد، إضافة إلى العلاقات الاجتماعية بين جماعة المسجد، من أجل إيجاد حلول مناسبة تقلل من نسبة عدم الرضا عن هذه الخدمة، وتبرز أهمية الدراسة في الكشف عما إذا كانت هناك فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية فيما يخص كفاءة الخدمات الدينية في المدينة، إلى جانب التعرف على مدى ارتباط الخصائص السكانية بالرضا عن الخدمات الدينية بالمدينة. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة جرت الاستعانة بالمصادر الحكومية وتقارير مصلحة الإحصاء العامة، والدراسات الاستشارية، بالإضافة إلى الحصول على أعداد المساجد وخريطة رقمية للمدينة من أمانة المنطقة، كما جرى تصميم استبيان اعتمد على الدراسات السابقة في بنائه وعرض على مجموعة من الأكاديميين للتعديل والحذف والإضافة عليه بما يتوافق مع أهداف الدراسة المراد تحقيقها. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها أن مستويات الرضا عن المساجد تميل إلى الارتفاع في كافة جوانبها بين المبحوثين رغم اختلاف تقديراتهم، وتوصلت الدراسة تبعا لهذه النتائج المجموعة من التوصيات منها إجراء مسح شامل المستويات الرضا عن الخدمات الدينية في المدينة العربية الإسلامية، والعمل على الرفع من كفاءة الخدمات الدينية في البيئة الحضرية، كما تضمنت الدراسة (43) جدولا و(4) أشكال و(6) صور و(3) ملاحق. This study tackles (satisfaction with religious services: Hail city as a model), as the study dealt with the research problem, the importance of the subject, the objectives and questions, and the study area. The researcher used in this study the inductive scientific method and some different scientific methods, and some previous studies related to the subject were reviewed. This study aimed to identify the satisfaction of the respondents from the residents Hail city about the urban, internal, and external elements, the geographical location, and the functional performance of mosques, in addition to the social relations between the mosque community, in order to find appropriate solutions that reduce the percentage of dissatisfaction with this service, and highlight the importance of the study in Detecting whether there are statistically significant differences with regard to the efficiency of religious services in the city, as well as identifying the extent to which population characteristics relate to satisfaction with religious services in Hail city. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher used governmental sources, reports of the Statistics General Authority, and consulting studies, In addition to obtaining the numbers of mosques and a digital map of the city from the Municipality of the region, the researcher used a questionnaire that relied on previous studies in its construction and was presented to a group of academics for modification, deletion and addition to this in accordance with the objectives of the study to be achieved. The study reached a set of results, the most important of which is that the levels of satisfaction with mosques tend to rise in all aspects among the respondents despite their different estimates.
