| 520 | |b The dairy policy applied since 2009 has come to revive the milk sector. To do this, subsidies are granted for all its links. Due to changes in the global dairy production environment, adjustments were made in 2015 to deal with the increase in the cost of livestock feed. Therefore, an improvement is recorded in the analyzed indicators. However, the results obtained only partially cover the needs of the country. At the same time, recourse to the world market to make up for the observed deficit is a constant reality throughout the period of analysis. The budgetary cost allowing the importation of milk powder as well as animal feed is very high. |d La politique laitière appliquée depuis 2009 est venue pour relancer la filière lait. Pour ce faire, des subventions sont accordées pour tous les maillons de celle-ci. En raison de l’évolution de l’environnement global de la production laitière, des ajustements sont apportés en 2015 afin de faire face au renchérissement des aliments de bétail. Par conséquent, une amélioration est enregistrée dans les indicateurs analysés. Toutefois, les résultats obtenus ne couvrent que partiellement les besoins du pays. En parallèle, le recours au marché mondial pour combler le déficit constaté est une réalité constante durant toute la période d’analyse. Le coût budgétaire permettant l’importation de la poudre de lait ainsi que l’aliment de bétail est très élevé. | ||
