| 520 | |a يهدف البحث إلى معرفة دور الرقابة الإدارية في تحسين الأداء البيئي المستدام، حيث تم تطبيق البحث في مديرية بلدية الموصل والقطاعات التابعة في مدينة الموصل الأيمن والأيسر، إذ تمحورت مشكلة البحث بمجموعة من التساؤلات كان أهمها: هل تمتلك المنظمة المبحوثة رؤية واضحة فيما يخص تحسين أدائها البيئي المستدام؟ وكيفية تطبيق أبعاده الأساسية من أجل تقديم أفضل الخدمات؟. ومن أجل تحقيق هدف الدراسة تم توظيف المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في طرح الأفكار ومعالجة البيانات وتفسيرها، إذ اعتمد الباحثان استمارة الاستبانة كأداة أساسية لجمع البيانات، ووزعت على عينة البحث والبالغة عددها (182) مستجيب، وبعد المعالجات الإحصائية بواسطة البرنامج الإحصائي (spss26) والتي أسفرت عن مجموعة من الاستنتاجات كان أهمها: تحقق وجود علاقة طردية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الرقابة الإدارية والأداء البيئي المستدام في المنظمة المبحوثة، وهذا يشير إلى أن وظيفة الرقابة الإدارية تسهم في تحسين الأداء البيئي المستدام، إذ كلما كانت الرقابة الإدارية المستخدمة في المنظمة تدعم وتهتم في البيئة من خلال إعداد التقارير وتصحيح الانحرافات وتقليل الأخطاء ومنع تكرارها كلما أدى ذلك إلى تحسين وتطوير الأداء البيئي المستدام، فضلا عن وضع أهداف بيئية تسهم في استغلال إمكانيات المنظمة، وهذا بدوره يؤكد أن المنظمة المبحوثة لا يمكنها تحقيق أداء بيئي مستدام دون وجود رقابة إدارية فعالة، أما المقترحات فكان أبرزها: زيادة التركيز على أهمية الجانب البيئي عبر استحداث قسم خاص بالبيئة يعمل على مراقبة أداء المنظمة البيئي، الأمر الذي يؤدي إلى توفير معلومات أكثر دقة عن الوضع البيئي، فضلا عن العمل على مواجهة وحل المشكلات البيئية بصورة سريعة وتوفير كوادر متخصصة تعمل على تطوير وتحسين الأداء البيئي للمنظمة. |b The research aims to know the role of administrative control in improving sustainable environmental performance, where the research was applied in the Mosul Municipality Directorate and the affiliated sectors in the left and right city of Mosul. sustainable development, and how to apply its basic dimensions to provide the best services? To achieve the objective of the study, the analytical descriptive approach was employed in presenting ideas, processing and interpreting data, as the researchers adopted the questionnaire form as a basic tool for data collection, and it was distributed to the research sample, which numbered (182) students, and after statistical treatments by the statistical program (spss26), which resulted in A set of conclusions, the most important of which were: The existence of a statistically responding significant positive relationship between administrative control and sustainable environmental performance in the researched organization. As for the proposals, the most prominent of them were: increasing focus on the importance of the environmental aspect through the creation of a special department for the environment that works to monitor the performance of the environmental organization, which leads to providing more accurate information on the environmental situation, in addition to working to confront and solve environmental problems quickly and providing specialized cadres working on Develop and improve the environmental performance of the organization. | ||
