| المستخلص: | البحث دراسة تأصيلية أصل الباحث فيها موضوع الإيجاد والإعدام كعلم من علوم القرآن، وطبق الدراسة على سورة النور باعتبار أن موضوع سورة النور حفظ العرض والنسل وهو إحدى الكليات التي يتعلق بها علم الإيجاد والإعدام، وأجاب البحث عن تساؤلات أهمها الإجابة عن معنى: الإيجاد والإعدام كعلم من علوم القرآن، والإجابة عن علاقة الإيجاد والإعدام في التشريع القرآني بالمقاصد القرآنية، وأنواع الإيجاد، العلاقة بين الإيجاد والإعدام في التشريع القرآني، وقسم الباحث البحث إلى قسمين: القسم الأول: الدراسة النظرية: الإيجاد والإعدام: الماهية، والعلاقة، والمجالات، والخصائص. والقسم الثاني: الدراسة التطبيقية: الإيجاد والإعدام في سورة النور. وتوصل الباحث إلى نتائج من أهمها: تعريف جامع مانع للإيجاد والإعدام، وأن باب الإعدام أوسع من باب الإيجاد، وأن العلاقة بين الإيجاد والإعدام في التشريع القرآني علاقة تبادلية تكاملية. This is a rooting study in which the issue of creation and elimination is presented as a discipline of the Qur’an sciences, and was applied to Surat An-Nur considering that the subject of Surat An-Nur is the preservation of honor and progeny, which is one of the five necessities to which the science of creation and elimination is related. The study provided answers to a number of questions, including the meaning of creation and elimination as a Qur’anic science; the relationship of creation and elimination in the Qur’anic legislation to the Qur’anic purposes; the types of creation; and the relationship between creation and elimination in the Qur’anic legislation. The study is divided into two parts: theoretical part and practical part. The former presented the meaning of creation and elimination, relationship, fields, and characteristics. The latter covered creation and elimination in Surat An-Nur. The study revealed a number of findings: a comprehensive definition of creation and elimination was provided; the scope of elimination is wider than that of creation; and that the relationship between creation and elimination in the Qur'anic legislation is mutual and complementary. |
