| المستخلص: | هدف البحث إلى تعرف درجة ممارسة معلمي التعليم الأساسي لاستراتيجيات التعلم النشط، ومدى اختلاف تلك الدرجة باختلاف متغيري المؤهل العلمي واتباع الدورات التدريبية، واستخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي، وتكونت عينة البحث من (394) معلما ومعلمة من معلمي الحلقة الأولى من مرحلة التعليم الأساسي في مدينة طرطوس للعام الدراسي 2022/2023، ولتحقيق أهداف البحث استخدمت الباحثة استبانة لقياس درجة ممارسة استراتيجيات التعلم النشط لدى المعلمين وذلك بعد التحقق من صدقها وثباتها، وحللت النتائج بواسطة البرنامج الإحصائي (spss)، وقد أظهرت النتائج أن درجة ممارسة معلمي الحلقة الأولى من التعليم الأساسي في مدينة طرطوس لاستراتيجيات التعلم النشط متوسطة، بمتوسط حسابي (3.094)، كما أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في درجة ممارسة معلمي التعليم الأساسي لاستراتيجيات التعلم النشط تعزى لمتغير المؤهل العلمي لصالح الدراسات العليا، ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في درجة ممارسة معلمي التعليم الأساسي لاستراتيجيات التعلم النشط تعزى لمتغير اتباع الدورات التدريبية ولصالح متبعي الدورات التدريبية. The research aimed to identify the degree of practicing active learning strategies by basic education teachers, and the extent to which that degree differs according to the variables of educational qualification and following training courses, The researcher used the descriptive approach, and the research sample consisted of (394) male and female teachers from the teachers of the first cycle of the basic education stage in the city of Tartous for the academic year 2022/2023. To achieve the objectives of the research, the researcher used a questionnaire to measure the degree of practicing active learning strategies among teachers, after verifying its validity and reliability, and the results were analyzed by the statistical program (spss), The results showed that the degree of basic education teachers practicing active learning strategies is medium, with an arithmetic mean of (3.094). The results also showed that there were statistically significant differences in the degree of basic education teachers' practice of active learning strategies due to the educational qualification variable in favor of postgraduate studies. There are statistically significant differences in the degree of basic education teachers practicing active learning strategies due to the variable of following the training courses and in favor of the followers of the training courses. |
