| المستخلص: | هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف إلى مدى تطبيق معايير النموذج الأوربي للتميز في بنك الشام الخاص، وتم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي لدراسة الظاهرة كما هي على أرض الواقع، وتم توزيع (169) استبانة تضمنت معايير النموذج الأوربي للتميز (ثقافة المؤسسة – الرؤية الاستراتيجية – إشراك العاملين – الاستدامة- إدارة الأداء – انطباعات المعنيين – الأداء الاستراتيجي والتشغيلي)، تم استخراج المتوسطات الحسابية والانحرافات المعيارية للتأكد من وجود هذه المبادئ على أرض الواقع، وتم الاعتماد على اختبار (T-TEST ONE SIMPLE) للتأكد من وجود فروق إحصائية أم لا وذلك بالاعتماد على البرنامج الإحصائي (SPSS 25). وتم التوصل إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها أن المصرف يقوم بتطبيق معايير النموذج الأوربي للتميز، وأوصى الباحث بتعزيز ثقافة الجودة لتصبح نهج عمل يومي، كونها تشكل حجر الأساس في نجاح المنظمات في تطبيق أنظمة الجودة المختلفة وشهادات الجودة وجوائز الجودة، وتسهم في إشاعة ثقافة الجودة وتوفير البيئة التي تمكن المنظمات من المحافظة على مستوى الجودة الذي يتم الوصول إليه، والبناء عليه لمستوى متقدم لاحقا. This study aimed to identify the extent to which the standards of the European model of excellence are applied in Cham Private Bank, and the descriptive approach was relied upon to study the phenomenon as it is on the ground. – Sustainability – Performance management – Stakeholders’ impressions – Strategic and operational performance) Arithmetic averages and standard deviations were extracted to ensure the existence of these principles on the ground, and the (T-TEST ONE SIMPLE) test was relied upon to ensure that there are statistical differences or not, depending on Statistical program (SPSS 25). A number of results were reached, the most important of which is that the bank implements the standards of the European model of excellence, and the researcher recommended promoting the culture of quality to become a daily work approach, as it constitutes the cornerstone of the success of organizations in applying various quality systems, quality certificates and quality awards, and contributes to spreading the culture of quality and providing the environment Which enables organizations to maintain the level of quality that is reached, and build on it to an advanced level later. |
