Access to information is an important gateway to promoting transparency on the one hand and fighting corruption on the other. Therefore, ensuring the right to access information greatly contributes to strengthening freedom of expression, promoting transparency, fighting corruption and advancing a democratic society. Thus, the defense of exercise of the right of access to information automatically means the defense for the guarantee of exercise of other rights and freedoms. | ||
