| المستخلص: | هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى مدى فاعلية النشاط الرياضي في المراكز المخصصة لذوي الإعاقة من وجهة نظر مدراء المراكز، تبعا لمتغيرات النوع الاجتماعي (ذكر أنثى)، وسنوات الخبرة، والمؤهل العلمي. استخدم الباحثون المنهج الوصفي لملائمته طبيعة أهداف الدراسة، واستخدم الباحثون الاستبانة كوسيلة لجمع البيانات، حيث تكونت الاستبانة من (٢٦) فقرة، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من (۱۲۰) مديرا ومديرة المراكز ذوي الإعاقة في جميع محافظات المملكة. واشتملت عينة الدراسة على من (٦٠) مديرا ومديرة المراكز ذوي الإعاقة في جميع محافظات المملكة، تم اختيار عينة الدراسة بالطريقة العشوائية ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة جمعت البيانات عن طريق استبيان الإلكتروني بعد التأكد من صدق وثبات الدراسة، وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة عدم وجود فروق إحصائية في استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة حول فاعلية النشاط الرياضي في المركز المخصصة لذوي الإعاقة تبعا لمتغير النوع الاجتماعي ومتغير المؤهل الأكاديمي، ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لمتغير الخبرة الصالح ١٠ سنوات فاكثر. وأوصى الباحثون بأهمية توعية المعلمين بأن تخصص التربية الرياضية لا يقل قدرا ولا مكانة من التخصصات الأخرى والاستفادة من أصحاب الخبرة والكفاءة بشكل مناسب في تطوير حصة التربية الرياضة وكسر الحصة الاعتيادية في التربية الرياضية في المراكز المخصصة لذوي الإعاقة. The study aims at identifying the extent of the effectiveness of sports activity in centers designated for people with disabilities from the point of view of the directors of the centers, according to the variables: gender (male, female), years of experience, and educational qualification, The researchers use the descriptive approach to suit the nature of the objectives of the study. The researchers use the questionnaire as a means of data collection. The questionnaire consists of (26) paragraphs, and the study population consists of (120) principals and directors of centers for people with disabilities in all governorates of the Kingdom. The study sample includes (60) principals and directors of centers for people with disabilities in all governorates of the Kingdom. The study sample has been chosen by random method. To achieve the goal of the study, data are collected through an electronic questionnaire after verifying the validity and reliability of the study. The results of the study showed that there are no statistical differences in the responses of individuals. The study sample on the effectiveness of sports activity in the center designated for people with disabilities according to the variable of gender and the variable of academic qualification, and the presence of statistically significant differences for the variable of experience in favor of 10 years or more. The researchers recommend the importance of educating teachers that the specialization of physical education is no less than other disciplines, and take advantage of the experienced and competent people appropriately in developing the physical education class and breaking the regular class in physical education in centers designated for people with disabilities. |
