| المستخلص: | عنوان البحث: منهجية دراسة المتون الفقهية- دراسة تأصيلية تطبيقية. موضوع الدراسة: دراسة فقهية تأصيلية تطبيقية لـ (منهجية دراسة المتون الفقهية). هدف البحث: تقديم رؤية منهجية لفهم المتون الفقهية تطبيقا على الروض المربع. خطة البحث: تتكون خطة هذا البحث من ثلاثة مطالب: المطلب الأول: أهمية هذه المنهجية العلمية في دراسة المتون، وفوائدها. المطلب الثاني: الكتب المرشحة، ووجه ترشيحها، ووجه ترتيبها، ومنهجية الدراسة. المطلب الثالث: نماذج تطبيقية. أهم النتائج: ١. عظم كتب الفقهاء المحررين، وعلو كعبها، وأن إدراك ذلك ثم الانتفاع به لا يحصل إلا بتطبيق منهجية علمية دقيقة. ٢. قصور ما توسع فيه بعض المعاصرين من إعادة عرض العلم بطريقة تشعر الطالب بأنه غني عن الأخذ عن أهل العلم، وتوهم أن تلك القوالب الحديثة مسلك أصيل في تحصيل العلم. ٣. ضرورة وجود منهج قويم يسلكه الطالب فيبني به ملكاته، ويطور به مهاراته، وينتج عن ذلك تكوين طلبة علم متمكنين. ٤. أن دارس المتن الفقهي ينبغي أن يقصد في دراسته إلى تحقيق جانبين مذكورين في البحث. ثم الخاتمة، وفيها عرض لأهم النتائج، ثم أهم التوصيات. Research Title: The Methodology for the Study of Jurisprudential Texts –An Applied Originating Study. Research Topic: An applied originating jurisprudential study (the methodology of studying the jurisprudential texts). Research Objective: Presenting a methodological perspective on the understanding of the jurisprudential texts applied on Al-Rawd Al-Murbi’. Research Plan: First Issue: The importance of this scholarly methodology in studying the texts, and its benefits. Second Issue: The suggested books, and the reason for their suggestion, and the pattern of their arrangement, and the methodology of study. Third Issue: Applied samples. The Most Significant Findings: 1. The importance of the books of the competent jurists, and their great significance, and that being aware of this and then benefitting from it can only be achieved through the application of a painstaking scholarly methodology. 2. The weakness of the excessiveness of some contemporary personalities regarding the re-introduction of knowledge in a way that suggests that a student is of no need to learn from the scholars, and that suggests that those modern facades are mainstream approach towards acquiring knowledge. 3. The essential need towards a standard methodology that will be followed by a student in building his talent, and in developing his skills, and such that this leads to the production of a versed seeker of knowledge. 4. That the student of the jurisprudential text should aim in his studies towards achieving two parts that were mentioned in the research Then the conclusion, which includes the presentation of the most significant. findings and the most significant recommendations. |
