| المستخلص: | هدفت هذه الدراسة للتعرف على مدى استخدام ممارسي العلاقات العامة لتكنولوجيا الاتصال الرقمي ودورها في تحقيق أهداف التنمية المستدامة، ويؤدي استخدام ممارسي العلاقات العامة لتكنولوجيا الاتصال الرقمي دورًا حيويًا في تعزيز الوعي بأهداف التنمية المستدامة وتوفير قنوات تواصل فعالة مع الجمهور والشركاء الاستراتيجيين وتبادل المعلومات وتشجيع المشاركة الجماهيرية، وتندرج هذه الدراسة تحت الدراسات الوصفية واستخدام منهج المسح الإعلامي وبتطبيق استمارة استبيان على عينة تكونت من (120) مفردة من ممارسي العلاقات العامة في بعض الجامعات المصرية الحكومية وكلياتها، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن ممارسي العلاقات العامة يستخدمون تكنولوجيا الاتصال الرقمي في عملهم، كما يستخدمها الأغلبية منهم مع كل العملاء دون تمييز، ولتقديم صورة كافية عن خطة التنمية المستدامة، ويتواصلون باستخدام هذه التكنولوجيا مع الطلاب بنسبة (100%)، ويرون أن مصطلح التنمية المستدامة أصبح متداولا في الجامعات وكلياتها، ويرون أن الارتقاء بجوده حياه المواطن المصري وتحسين مستوى معيشته أهم هدف من أهداف التنمية المستدامة، أن تطوير المستشفيات الجامعية من أهم مشروعات التنمية المستدامة في قطاع التعليم العالي. كما توصلت النتائج إلى وجود ارتباط موجب دال إحصائيا بين درجات ممارسي العلاقات العامة في قطاع التعليم العالي على استخدام تكنولوجيا الاتصال الرقمي وتصورهم عن تحقيق أهداف التنمية المستدامة في قطاع التعليم العالي وذلك عند مستوى دلالة (0.01)، وتوجد فروق دالة إحصائيًا بين متوسطات درجات ممارسي العلاقات العامة في قطاع التعليم العالي الذكور والإناث في استخدام تكنولوجيا الاتصال الرقمي وفي تصورهم عن تحقيق أهداف التنمية المستدامة وذلك في اتجاه الذكور عند مستوى دلالة (0.01). This study aimed to investigate the extent to which public relations practitioners use digital communication technology and its role in achieving sustainable development goals. The use of digital communication technology by public relations practitioners plays a vital role in raising awareness about sustainable development goals and providing effective communication channels with the public and strategic partners, facilitating information exchange and encouraging public participation. This study falls under descriptive research, utilizing media survey methodology and employing a questionnaire distributed to a sample of 120 public relations practitioners in Egyptian government universities and their faculties. The study found that public relations practitioners use digital communication technology in their work, with the majority using it with all clients without discrimination. They also utilize this technology to communicate with students at a rate of 100%. They perceive the term "sustainable development" as widely used in universities and their faculties. They consider improving the quality of life for Egyptian citizens and enhancing their living standards as one of the main objectives of sustainable development. Developing university hospitals is also seen as one of the key projects for sustainable development in the higher education sector. Furthermore, the results revealed a positive statistically significant correlation between the scores of public relations practitioners in the higher education sector regarding their use of digital communication technology and their perception of achieving sustainable development goals in the higher education sector, at a significance level of 0.01. There were also statistically significant differences between the mean scores of male and female public relations practitioners in the higher education sector in terms of their use of digital communication technology and their perception of achieving sustainable development goals, with males showing a higher level of significance at 0.01. |
