| المستخلص: | مهدت الثورة العلمية لشروق جديد هو فجر الأدلة العلمية الحديثة في الإثبات، وأحد هذه الطرق هي استخدام الحشرات في الإثبات الجنائي، فالحشرات خلقت قبل الإنسان بملايين السنين واستطاعت أن تنتشر وتعيش في مختلف البيئات، فهي تتواجد في كل مكان تقريبا وتكون الجزء الأكبر من الحيوانات التي تعيش على الأرض ويزيد عدد أنواعها على جميع الحيوانات الأرضية أضعافا مضاعفة، وتعتبر الحشرات أول الكائنات الحية التي تكشف الجثة ومكان موتها عادة بعد عدة دقائق من لفظ الضحية لآخر أنفاسها، وتساعد الحشرات المحققين في تقدير الفاصل الزمني لما بعد الوفاة وهو الفترة الزمنية المنقضية بين حدوت الموت ووقت اكتشاف الجثة وذلك عن طريق حساب عمر اليرقات الناتجة عن أول دفعة بيض موضوعة على جسم الضحية، كما يمكن عن طريقها أيضا تحديد مكان ارتكاب الجريمة خاصة في الحالات التي يكون فيها مكان العثور على الجثة مغايرا للمكان الفعلي للوفاة، وكذلك المساعدة في تحديد هوية المجرم وكيف تم ارتكاب الجريمة، فالحشرة شاهد لا يعرف الزور أو التواطؤ مع الجناة ضد الضحية ولا تقبل فساد الذمم ولا تلجأ إلى الأكاذيب من أجل مصلحة خاصة، فهي تنحاز للعدالة المطلقة وحدها فتكشف الجرائم وتطارد القتلة وتمنح البراءة للمتهمين زورا وبهتانا، والدليل المستمد من الحشرات مثله مثل بقية الأدلة الأخرى يخضع لمبدأ اقتناع القاضي مهما كانت قيمته العلمية. The scientific revolution paved the way for a new dawn of modern scientific evidence in proof, and one of these methods is the use of insects in criminal proof, insects were created millions of years before man and were able to spread and live in various environments, they are found almost everywhere and make up the Majority of the animals that live on Earth, and the number of their species exceed all other terrestrial animals exponentially, and insects are the first living organisms that reveal the corpse and the place of its death usually several minutes after the victim take their last breath, insects help investigators estimate the post-mortem interval, which is the period of time elapsed between the death and the time of discovery of the corpse, by calculating the age of the larvae resulting from the first batch of eggs placed on the victim's body, and through which it is also possible to determine the place of the crime, especially in cases where the place where the body was found differs from the actual place of death, as well as helping to determine the identity of the criminal and how the crime was committed, the insect is a witness who does not know falsehood or collusion with the perpetrators against the victim and does not resort to lies for the sake of private interest, it is biased towards absolute justice alone, revealing crimes, chasing murderers and granting innocence to the falsely accused, and the evidence derived from insects, just like the other forms of Evidence, is subject to the principle of discretion of the judge, regardless of its scientific value. |
