| المستخلص: | هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة وعي طالبات الفنون البصرية بجامعة طيبة نحو حقوق الملكية الفكرية للأعمال الفنية، وقد استخدم فيها المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من الطالبات الخريجات في قسم الفنون البصرية بجامعة طيبة بالمدينة المنورة لعام (1442ه) والبالغ عددهن (83) طالبة، ولتحقيق ذلك استخدمت الباحثة الاستبيان المكون من محورين وهما: (أهمية حقوق الملكية الفكرية للأعمال الفنية من وجهة نظر الطالبات)، و(عقبات تطبيق حقوق الملكية الفكرية للأعمال الفنية). وشمل الاستبيان (19) عبارة. وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة استجابة بدرجة موافق بشدة للمحورين، حيث أكدت الطالبات أهمية وجود قانون لحقوق الملكية الفكرية؛ لضمان جودة الإنتاج في الأعمال الفنية، كما أكدت الطالبات أن عقبات عدم تطبيق حقوق الملكية الفكرية لها الأثر السلبي على الأعمال الفنية من وجهة نظرهن، وفي ضوء النتائج توصلت الباحثة إلى وضع تصور لتفعيل الوعي بحقوق الملكية الفكرية للأعمال الفنية لطالبات الفنون البصرية في جامعة طيبة؛ لزيادة استمرارهن على معرفة ما هو جديد في هذا المجال، مما يساعد على حماية حقوقهن الفكرية الفنية. The study aims to identify visual art students’ awareness of intellectual property rights of fine art at Taibah University using a descriptive-analytical approach. The study sample included undergraduate students of the Visual Art Department at Taibah University of the year 2022, who were (83) female students. To achieve the aims of the study, the researcher used a survey consisting of (19) statements based on two prospectives. The first one is the importance of intellectual property rights from students’ point of view. The second is the occurrence of fine art obstacles due to intellectual property rights implementation. Study results reveal a strong and positive response towards the two perspectives. The students emphasized the importance of intellectual property rights ensuring the quality of artwork production. On the other hand, the students also emphasized the negative impact of not implementing intellectual property rights from their point of view. Based on the results, the researcher developed a vision towards rasing awareness of intellectual property rights of fine art among visual art students at Taibah University, hence, supporting the continuation of promoting new impacts protecting their intellectual property rights in art. |
