| المستخلص: | بسبب التطورات السريعة التي حصلت في العالم وظهور التكنولوجيا وتطورها بشكل مخيف عملت المنظمات على تطوير نفسها والهدف من هذا الرسالة هي دراسة علاقة وتأثير إعادة هندسة العمليات (البعد التكنولوجي والبشري والتنظيمي) في تحقيق متطلبات المنظمة الذكية (التعليم المستمر، فهم البيئة، إيجاد بدائل استراتيجية) وتجيب على التساؤلات التي تم طرحها -هل هنالك تأثير الإعادة هندسة العمليات في تحقيق متطلبات المنظمة الذكية؟ -هل تؤثر إعادة هندسة العمليات في تحقيق متطلبات المنظمة الذكية؟ وتم تطبيق هذا الدراسة في شركة أور الصناعية والتي تم توزيع (57) استبانة على المهندسين والإدارات العليا وتم تحليله من خلال برنامج (SPSS.V.28) وتوصلت النتائج إلى الوسط الحسابي والانحراف المعياري واختيار مقاييس الدراسة (الصدق والإثبات) وبهذا تم الوصول إلى نتائج البحث، أظهرت النتائج إلمام شركة أور المدروسة لأهمية التركيز على توفير التقنيات والأجهزة الحديثة المناسبة من أجل ضمان تقديم منتجات ذات جودة ومواصفات عالية وتتلاءم مع متطلبات وأذواق الزبائن بينت النتائج اتفاق آراء العاملين في الشركة المدروسة على تحسين إمكانياتها في استخدام التقنيات الحديثة بهدف تعزيز خبراتهم الداخلية في استخدام الآلات والمعدات الحديثة والتكيف مع البيئة الخارجية. Because of the rapid developments that took place in the world and the emergence and development of technology in a frightening way, organizations worked to develop themselves. The aim of this thesis is to study the relationship and impact of process re-engineering (technological, human and organizational dimensions) in achieving the requirements of a smart organization (continuing education, understanding the environment, finding strategic alternatives) And it answers the questions that were asked - Is there an effect of re-engineering operations in achieving the requirements of the smart organization? -Does process re-engineering affect achieving the requirements of a smart organization? This study was applied in the Ur Industrial Company, where 57 questionnaires were distributed to engineers and senior management, and it was analyzed through the program (SPSS.V.28) Thus, the results of the research were reached, and the results showed to our company the importance of focusing on providing appropriate modern technologies and devices in order to ensure the provision of products of high quality and specifications that are compatible with the requirements and tastes of customers. The results showed the agreement of the employees of the studied company to improve its capabilities in using modern technologies in order to enhance their internal expertise in the use of modern machinery and equipment and adaptation to the external environment. |
