| المستخلص: | الحمد لله، والصلاة والسلام على رسول الله، صلى الله عليه وسلم، وبعد: فهذه الدراسة بعنوان: "جراحة المناظير الطبية المهبلية للمرأة وأثرها على الطهارة والصيام". والتي هدفت إلى الوقوف على مفهوم المناظير الطبية، وأنواعها، وبيان حقيقة جراحة المناظير الطبية، وبيان استعمال المنظار وإدخاله في الفرج وشروط ذلك عند الكشف، وإبراز أثر استعمال المنظار على طهارة المرأة، والأثر المترتب عليه، وكذلك بيان أثر استعمال المنظار على الصيام. وقد انقسمت هذه الدراسة إلى مقدمة، وتمهيد، وثلاثة مباحث، وخاتمة، وفهارس: أما المقدمة فعرفت فيها بأهمية الموضوع، وأسباب اختياره، وأهدافه، ومشكلته وتساؤلاته، وحدوده، ومنهجه، وإجراءاته، والدراسات السابقة، وخطته. وتناولت في التمهيد التعريف بالمناظير الطبية، وأنواعها، وبيان حقيقة جراحة المناظير الطبية، ثم قدم المبحث الأول حكم استعمال المنظار المهبلي وإدخاله في الفرج وشروط ذلك عند الكشف، ووضح المبحث الثاني: أثر استعمال المنظار المهبلي على طهارة المرأة، والأثر المترتب عليه، وتحدث المبحث الثالث عن أثر استعمال المنظار المهبلي على الصيام. ثم عقبت ذلك بخاتمة اشتملت على أهم النتائج، ومن أبرزها: أن للمناظير الطبية أنواع عدة، ومن أبرزها: المنظار المهبلي، ومنظار المعدة، ومنظار المثانة، والمنظار الشرجي، ومنظار القصبة الهوائية، الراجح في حكم التداوي أنه تلحق به الأحكام التكليفية الخمسة؛ الوجوب، أو الاستحباب، أو الكراهة، أو الحرمة، أو الإباحة. كما اشتملت على أهم التوصيات، ومن أبرزها: أنه يجب على كل العاملين في المجالات الطبية إلى التفقه في أمور دينهم، وسؤالهم لأهل العلم من أهل الشريعة؛ لأجل الوقوف على الحكم الشرعي الصحيح في النوازل الفقهية التي قد تعرض لهم. This study is entitled: “Surgery of vaginal medical binoculars for women and their impact on purity and fasting”. Which aimed to stand on the concept of medical endoscopes and their types, and to explain the reality of medical endoscopy surgery, and to explain the use of the endoscope and insert it into the vulva and the conditions for that when examining, and to highlight the effect of using the endoscope on women’s purity, and its impact, as well as a statement of the effect of using the endoscope on fasting. This study was divided into an introduction, a preface, three topics, a conclusion, and indexes: As for the introduction, I defined the importance of the topic, the reasons for choosing it, its objectives, its problems and questions, its limits, its methodology, its procedures, previous studies, and its plan. In the preface, I introduced the definition of medical endoscopes, their types, and the reality of medical laparoscopic surgery. Then the first topic presented the ruling on using the vaginal speculum and inserting it into the vagina and the conditions for that upon detection. About the effect of using the vaginal speculum on fasting. Then I followed that with a conclusion that included the most important results, the most prominent of which is: that medical endoscopes have several types, the most prominent of which are: the vaginal endoscope, the stomach endoscope, the bladder endoscope, the anal endoscope, and the tracheal endoscope. Obligation, desirability, dislike, prohibition, or permissibility. It also included the most important recommendations, the most prominent of which are: that it is obligatory for all workers in the medical fields to agree on matters of their religion, and to ask them to the people of knowledge from the people of Sharia; In order to stand on the correct legal ruling in jurisprudential issues that may be exposed to them. |
