| المستخلص: | الحمد لله رب العالمين، حمدا كثيرا طيبا مباركا فيه، والصلاة والسلام الأتمان الأكملان على المبعوث رحمة للعالمين، وعلى آله وصحبه أجمعين، وسلم تسليما كثيرا. من أعظم ما تميزت به الشريعة الإسلامية قدرتها على مواكبة التغيرات والمستجدات في كل زمان ومكان، وفي كل المجالات، ومع تأثر العالم بأسره بفيروس كورونا المستجد (Covid- 19) ظهرت الكثير من المستجدات الفقهية في جميع أبواب الفقه، وقد تناولت في هذا البحث بعض المسائل التي تتعلق بمرضى فيروس كورونا، وبمن مات بهذا الفيروس. وقد تناولت أقوال الفقهاء في المسائل الفقهية مدعمة بالأدلة، ثم الترجيح، مع ذكر الفتاوى إن دعت الحاجة إلى ذلك، واختتمت البحث بأهم النتائج والتوصيات. Praise and blessings be to Allah, and peace and blessing upon the one who was sent as a mercy to the worlds, as well as his family and companions, and may Allah peace and blessings be upon him exceedingly. One of the greatest features of Islamic law is the ability to keep pace with changes and developments in every time and place and in all fields, and with the world affected by the Corona virus, many developments appeared in all sections of jurisprudence, and the researcher explained in this research some issues related to Corona virus patients and the mortalities that arrived from it . The researcher discussed the opinions of the scholars on all jurisprudential topics studied, supported by proofs, then the preponderant, with a the mention of fatwa if there is a need for that, and the research was concluded with the most important findings and recommendations. |
