| المستخلص: | هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة اثر الزحف العمراني على الأراضي الزراعية أو الصالحة لقيام الزراعة في قضاء علي الغربي، وتضمن البحث مبحثين الأول (التعرف على مفهوم الزحف العمراني وأسبابه) والثاني (تحليل جغرافي لأثر الزحف العمراني على الأراضي الزراعية في قضاء علي الغربي) كما تضمن أثر الزحف العمراني على الأرض والإنتاج الزراعي في المنطقة، وقد ساعد على وجود الزحف العديد من الأسباب التي تدعو إلى قيام الزحف العمراني ومن أهمها هو الزيادة السكانية الطبيعية على حساب الأرض الزراعية وأسباب أخرى اقتصادية واجتماعية وسلوكية لها الدور الأكبر في زيادة الزحف، وأن البحث يتضمن البيانات التي حصل عليها الباحث من الدراسة الميدانية واستخدم فيها نظام التموضع العالمي (GPS) للحصول على المعلومات الجغرافية لمنطقة الدراسة لاستخراج المساحات المعتمدة للزحف العمراني على المنطقة التي تم تحليلها في المبحث الثاني، كذلك تضمن البحث الاستنتاجات والتوصيات. This study aimed to acknowledge the effect of the urban sprawl on the the agricultural lands or valid lands for agriculture in Ali Alghrabi. The research included two chapters, first (acknowledging the concept of the urban sprawl and its reasons), second (geogarphical analysis for the effect of the urban sprawl on the agricultural lands in Ali Algharbi), It also included the effect of the urban sprawl on the land and the agricultural production in the area. What helped the sprawl are many reasons, the most important among them is the natural increasing in population on the account of the agricultural lands and other economic, social and behavioral reasons that had the major role in the increasing sprawl. The research including the data got by the researcher from the field study using the GPS to get the geographical data of the study area to extract the accredited spaces of the urban sprawl on the area which had been analyzed in the second chapter, the research also included inferences and recommendations. |
