| المستخلص: | هدفت الدراسة إلى تعرف تأثير كورونا في العمل الإرشادي من وجهة نظر المرشدين الطلابيين في مدارس المرحلة الثانوية، كما هدفت إلى التعرف على الفروق بين متوسطات درجات عينة الدراسة وفقا لمتغيرات (مستوى التأهيل العلمي- عدد سنوات الخبرة)، وتكونت العينة من (43) مرشدا طلابيا، وتم اعتماد المنهج الوصفي المسحي. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة قام الباحث بإعداد مقياسي الدراسة بناء على مقاييس سابقة، وتكون مقياس المقترحات المتعلقة بإدارة الأزمات من ستة وعشرين فقرة موزعة على أربعة أبعاد، أما مقياس الأداء الوظيفي للمرشد الطلابي فتكون من سبعة وعشرين فقرة موزعة على خمسة أبعاد، تم تحليل البيانات إحصائيا، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج، أبرزها؛ توجد فروق بين متوسطات درجات عينة الدراسة وذلك من حيث إقراراهم بتأثر العمل الإرشادي خلال جائحة كورونا ترجع إلى مستوى التأهيل العلمي، بيمنا لا توجد فروق بين متوسطات درجات عينة الدراسة وذلك من حيث إقراراهم بتأثر العمل الإرشادي خلال جائحة كورونا ترجع إلى سنوات الخبرة. The study aimed to know the effect of Corona on extension work from the point of view of student counselors in secondary schools, and it also aimed to identify the differences between the mean scores of the study sample according to different variables (level of scientific qualification- number of years of experience), and the sample consisted of (43) student advisors, the descriptive survey method was adopted. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher prepared the two scales of the study based on previous measures, and the measure of proposals related to crisis management consisted of twenty-six items distributed over four dimensions, while the functional performance measure of the student advisors consisted of twenty-seven paragraphs distributed into five dimensions. The data were analyzed statistically and The study reached several results, the most notably ;There are differences between the averages of the study sample scores in terms of their acknowledgment of the impact of extension work during the Corona pandemic due to the level of scientific qualification, while there are no differences between the averages of the study sample scores in terms of their acknowledgment of the impact of extension work during the Corona pandemic due to years of experiences. |
