| المستخلص: | هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع الالتحاق ببرامج الدراسات العليا بجامعة عمران، استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي، واستبانة كأداة للدراسة اشتملت على (16) فقرة للالتحاق وأبعاده (التنسيق، القبول، التسجيل)، تم تطبيقها على عينة من الهيئة الإدارية والأكاديمية بلغت (113) فردا، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى نتائج أهمها: أن مستوى الالتحاق ببرامج الدراسات العليا بجامعة عمران جاء بدرجة متوسطة بمتوسط حسابي (2.93)، وانحراف معياري (0.72)، كما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا عند مستوى دلالة (α = 0.05) بين متوسط استجابة أفراد العينة حول مستوى الالتحاق بالدراسات العليا بجامعة عمران تعزى لمتغيرات الدراسة ووجود فروق بالنسبة لمتغير المؤهل، وبناء على نتائج الدراسة، فقد أوصت بضرورة الاهتمام بالالتحاق ببرامج الدراسات العليا. The study aimed to identify the reality of enrollment in postgraduate programs at Amran University The study used the descriptive approach, and a questionnaire as a tool for the study It included(16 items) for enrollment and its distributed over three dimensions(coordination admission registration), and it was applied to a sample of the administrative and academic staff amounting to(113) Individuals, and the study reached results, the most important of which are that: the level of enrollment in postgraduate programs at Amran University came in a moderate degree, with an arithmetic (Mean= 2.93), and a standard deviation (SD= 0.72), and the results also showed that there were no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α = 0.05) between The average response of the res pendants about the level of enrollment in postgraduate studies at Amran University is due to the variables of the study and the existence of differences with regard to the qualification variable Based on the results of the study, it recommended the need to pay attention to enrollment in postgraduate programs, and suggested conducting similar studies on different samples and programs at the university. |
