| 520 | |a هدف البحث إلى الكشف عن فاعلية برنامج تدريبي قائم على الهندسة النفسية لتحسين العوامل الخمسة الكبرى للشخصية والرفاهية النفسية لدى معلمات رياض الأطفال، واستخدمت الباحثة المنهج شبه التجريبي، وتكونت عينة البحث من (10) معلمات لرياض الأطفال، استخدمت الباحثة الأدوات التالية: مقياس العوامل الخمسة الكبرى للشخصية لدى معلمات رياض الأطفال، مقياس الرفاهية النفسية لدى معلمات رياض الأطفال (إعداد/ الباحثة)، برنامج تدريبي قائم على الهندسة النفسية لتحسين العوامل الخمسة الكبرى للشخصية والرفاهية النفسية لدى معلمات رياض الأطفال(إعداد/الباحثة)، وأسفرت نتائج البحث عن وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطي رتب درجات معلمات المجموعة الأساسية في القياسين القبلي والبعدي لتطبيق البرنامج على مقياس العوامل الخمسة الكبرى للشخصية لمعلمات الروضة لصالح القياس البعدي، عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطي رتب درجات معلمات المجموعة الأساسية في القياسين البعدي والتتبعي لتطبيق البرنامج على مقياس العوامل الخمسة الكبرى للشخصية لدى معلمات رياض الأطفال، وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطي رتب درجات معلمات المجموعة الأساسية في القياسين القبلي والبعدي لتطبيق البرنامج على مقياس الرفاهية النفسية لدى معلمات رياض الأطفال لصالح القياس البعدي، عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطي رتب درجات معلمات المجموعة الأساسية في القياسين البعدي والتتبعي لتطبيق البرنامج على مقياس الرفاهية النفسية لدى معلمات رياض الأطفال. |b The research aimed to reveal the effectiveness of a training program based on psychological engineering to improve the Big five factors of personality and psychological well-being among kindergarten teachers. The researcher used the semi-experimental approach. The research sample consisted of (10) female kindergarten teachers, The researcher used the following tools: a measure of the big five factors of personality among kindergarten teachers, a measure of psychological well-being among kindergarten teachers (prepared by the researcher), a training program Based on Psychological Engineering to Improve The big five factors of Personality and Psychological Well-Being among Kindergarten Teachers (prepared by the researcher), The results of the search revealed that there were statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the basic group teachers in the pre and post measurements of applying the program on the scale of the big five factors of personality for kindergarten teachers in favor of the post measurement, There are no statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the basic group teachers in the post and follow- up measurements of applying the program on the scale of the big five factors of personality among kindergarten teachers, There are statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the basic group teachers in the pre and post measurements of applying the program on the psychological well-being scale of kindergarten teachers in favor of the post measurement, There are no statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the basic group teachers in the post and follow-up measurements of applying the program on the psychological well-being scale of kindergarten teachers. | ||
