| المستخلص: | هدفت هذه الدراسة لمعرفة أثر تفويض السلطة على ريادة الأعمال في منظمات المجتمع المدني السوري في مدينة غازي عينتاب التركية. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم إعداد استبانة لغرض جمع المعلومات المطلوبة، وقد تم اختيار عينة الدراسة من (100) موظفة في منظمات المجتمع المدني السوري في مدينة غازي عينتاب التركية وبعد جمع الاستبانات الموزعة وتحليلها باستخدام برنامج الحزم الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية spss. توصلت هذه الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج أهمها: توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين تفويض السلطة وريادة الأعمال في منظمات المجتمع المدني السوري، إضافة إلى أن تفويض السلطة له تأثير إيجابي في العديد من الأمور التي تؤدي بمنظمات المجتمع المدني السوري إلى الريادة في عملها. This study aimed to find out the effect of delegation of authority on entrepreneurship in Syrian civil society organizations in the Turkish city of Gaziantep. To achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire was prepared for the purpose of collecting the required information. The study sample was selected from (100) female employees in the Syrian civil society organizations in the Turkish city of Gaziantep, and after collecting the distributed questionnaires and analyzing them using the statistical packages for social sciences spss program. This study reached several results, the most important of which are: There is a statistically significant relationship between delegation of authority and entrepreneurship in Syrian civil society organizations. In addition, the delegation of authority has a positive impact on many matters that lead Syrian civil society organizations to leadership in their work. |
