| المستخلص: | هذا التحقيق لجزء من كتاب: تعريفات الفحول في تعريفات الأصول»، للإمام العالم: حامد بن يوسف بن حامد ضياء الدين البندرموي، الأسكداري، الحنفي، المتوفي سنة (۱۱۷۲ هـ)، من بداءة باب الدال المهملة إلى نهاية باب الظاء المعجمة، وقد صحت نسبته إليه، وهو على مذهب الإمام أبي حنيفة رحمه الله تعالى، ويقصد بتعريفات الفحول: تعريفات العلماء من المذهب الحنفي للمصطلحات الأصولية؛ واشتمل الكتاب على تعريفات جمعها المصنف رحمه الله تعالى من كتب أصول الفقه، اعتمد فيها على كتاب المنار الحافظ الدين النسفي، وعدد من شروحه، وكتاب التعريفات للإمام الجرجاني؛ إذ أخذ منه مئة وثلاثة وستين حدا والبواقي مما ذكر من كتب الأصول، فكانت جملة التعريفات ثلاثمائة وسبعة وثلاثون تعريفا، ويهدف التحقيق إلى الإسهام في إخراج الكتاب والعناية به؛ إذ لم يسبق خدمته وتحقيقه، ولما كانت النسخة يتيمة، فقد قام منهج التحقيق على العناية بنقل نص المصنف وإثباته، وما كان من ألفاظ النص غير مقروء فقد أضفت له ما يتوافق مع معناه، ويناسب استقامة جملته مستفيدة ذلك من استقراء المصادر التي أشار إليها أو ما وقفت عليه في ذلك من مصادر أصول الحنفية، مع تمييز ذلك بالإشارة له في الحاشية، وبلا شك اشتمل المخطوط على فوائد أبرزها ما ذكره المصنف- رحمه الله تعالى -: من أن ترتيب التعريفات يسهل على الطلاب الحفظ والرجوع إليها بكل يسر وسهولة. وعليه: أوصي بالاستفادة من هذا الكتاب، وطباعته بعد تمام تحقيقه. This is an examination of part of the book entitled “ Tarefat Al Fuhol fi Tarifat Al Osol" written by Imam, Hamed Bin Yousef Bin Hamed, Dyaa Al Dien Al Bandarmouy, Al Eskedary Al Hanafi who died in (1172 AH) since the beginning of “ Al Dal Al Mohmala “chapter to the end of “ Al Daa Al Mojama” and it was verified that it is attributed to him. He belongs to Abu Hanifa School of jurisprudence. It was meant by “the definitions of the superiors” (Tareef Al Fuhol): the definition of the scholars belonging to Hanafi school of jurisprudence to the fundamental terms. The book included the definitions which the authors compiled from the books of the principles of jurisprudence in which he depended on “Al Manar Book” written by Hafez Al Dien Al Nasafy and a number of explanation book and the definitions book of Al Imam Al Jirgany. He took from it one hundred and sixty three definitions and the rest were taken from the mentioned fundamentals books. He total of the definitions reached three hundred and thirty seven definitions. The examination aims at producing and taking care of the book as it was not examined before. Whereas the version was the sole one, the examination method depended on taking care of transferring the text of the author and proving it. All the unreadable words of the text were given suitable meaning in a way that suits the correct sentence by utilizing the induction of the indicated sources or all the understood sources of the sources of Hanafi School of jurisprudence, distinguishing the added words in the text and referring to them in the footnote. It is no doubt that the manuscript included some benefits, most importantly, is what is mentioned by the author that the order of the definitions made it easy for the students to memorize them and return to them easily. Therefore, I recommend utilizing his book and print it after completing the examination. |
